Fischer Irrigation

I was first told they couldn't come out for a couple of weeks but I told them I was leaving town. They squeezed me in on a Saturday before we left. Very happy with the service. Our company is also on Angie's List (Sun Tech Glass Tinting) so we are happy to use another Angie's List company with great results.

The service was excellent. It was great to work with them.

Very good job, I would def use again. Crew was very respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves everyday.

They arrived on time and had left me a message that they were on their way. It started pouring and I told them they could step in the garage but they continued to work in the rain. The older gentleman took the time to teach me how to program my unit which is always a problem. He didn't just show me, he made me do it which was great so now I know how to do it. The younger one took the wire which went from the box to the system and ran it along the mortar in the brick to make it look neater. It has just been dangling for years,

It went well. The guys were pleasant and hard working. They were neat and tidy. Everything looked great when they left. No complaints. I would call them again. I don't real know about pricing. I didn't check around to compare.

The crew was very knowledgeable and were great instructing how to use the new controller. They also reminded me about a discount that was available that I forgot about - saved me about $30.

They were prompt and did their work. I did have them return to fix a leak.

Use them twice. Never a problem. Call for appintment. They are very busy - Keep that in mind, but they accomodated my schedule pretty well. Technician is very professional. Came on-time. He would tell you what need to be fixed before fixing - so there is no "surprises". Customer service is very responsive as well. I am glad that such a good company still providing unexpensive service as tune up. Will hire again.

They were on time, very knowledgeable. Gave me an estimate for future work to be done. I have not had the work done yet (kind of costly) but will use them when I have the money.

Best recommendation is we will use them again when needed!! Repair guys knew what they were doing and did a good job in a timely fashion. Angela (the office guru) solved an administrative problem. Angela was great!!

It was okay. They came out a week or a week and a half after I bought the deal. They charged me additionally for some repairs. For some reason, I thought minor repairs were included in the deal, but it wasn't. I didn't think they did it properly. Their punctuality wasn't very good at all. I wouldn't go and use them without checking others. They weren't so fabulous that I would never use anybody else.

They called back about the problem given in the message through Angie's List within 2 hours. The problem was a simple one but I didn't have any experience with how to address it. They walked me through the fix without trying to schedule a visit and charge us a fee, even though I had to call them back to figure it out. They were polite and helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

The scheduler call me within minutes of purchasing the deal, and set up an appointment. The day of the appointment, the technician was friendly and professional. He listened to my needs and wants, and explained his work. He replaced one of the valves and the problem was solved just like that. I used Fischer Irrigation about 3 years ago, and I am satisfied again with the work performed.

This is the only company I let work on my system.

Very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the guys from Fischer. They gave me detailed advice and cost was more than reasonable. I asked for a couple of changes and they explained why I should not do those things and provided me with options, explaining what the labor and parts would cost for each. And, they finished in the job in the rain. Great guys, great value, excellent service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. It was fantastic. I had $150 added on to the Big Deal price of $59. They were very conscientious and very much wanted to please me. They asked me several times was I happy. After they did the work, they showed me what they had taken out and what they put in. They showed me everything, which I love. I am detail oriented so I love seeing that. The only thing I had a problem with and I was really sad was that they didn't know I had a rain tree mechanism and they couldn't figure it out. I couldn't figure it out either. I have 2 systems and I was willing to pay an extra to do it but they couldn't do it. I wanted somebody to help me but they're not the first. Apparently the only systems they know are the big ones. This is an irrigation system for land owners, it's so easy but I can't figure it out. I had 3 different guys come out here and look at this and they're like scratching their head. You learn the manual, you learn how to do all systems but they knew my big one. There was no problem there. Even if he didn't know that system, everybody else didn't either. It's my recommendation to learn it. They were right on time, they said when they were coming, they were there, they called and they did it. I didn't feel uncomfortable.

It went well, English speaking, on time, quick turn around. Will use them from now on for lawn irrigation issues.

We just bought a house and Fischer Irrigation did a great job getting the sprinkler system working for a very reasonable price. When we moved in, the vacuum breaker was leaking and the system would not turn on. All items were fixed properly, tested, and all for a reasonable price. First, they set about replacing the vacuum breaker but, upon taking it apart, realized it was good except for a couple of pieces. They offered me the choice of replacing the entire unit or keeping the good parts and saving some money, showing me what I needed to know to make an informed decision. I went with the repair rather than the replacement and it has worked without any problems. They also replaced a pair of rusted handles that I could not turn and redid the worn installation. The reason it would not turn on was because the gauge was completely missing (the house had been on the market for a couple of months so it could have been damaged or removed) and a wire cut going into the controller. Those items were replaced, as were a half dozen damaged sprinkler heads with visible physical damage. Once done, the repairmen tested all of the zones and showed me how to program the system. This is our first house and I did not know how to, beyond what was in the manual, so I was grateful for this additional service. We could not be happier and will use them again for any future irrigation needs.

Fischer Irrigation did an excellent job, they were punctual, courteous, friendly and professional. Not only did they fix everything very quickly, they took the time to make sure everything worked properly. Great company, I will hire them again if we have any problems.
