We apologize that the customer was unhappy, but we don't understand why we got a D when there was no work done and we have no info on the customer in our computer. Their is a possibility that the customer called and cannot wait on the date that we gave him for the repairs/install because we are high demand we are 3 week out plus summer is our high season. The customer gave us a D for no work perform, but for being busy?

Hi I'm Angela i am the secretary here at Fischer Irrigation I remember when this gentleman called and asked if we can go out to give in a free quote on to his existing system, for us we call that a repair and do not give free quotes on repairs. When i was trying to get more information about his situation to help figure out what he needs over the phone he had already hung up the phone.

Description of Work: One of my sprinkler heads burst and I had a Geyser in my front lawn..Fischer Irrigation responded immediately. They arrived at the set appointment time and were very diligent in their work..They quickly analyzed my problem and fixed several sprinkler heads that were leaking as well. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction..I would highly recommend them.
