Description of Work: We were preparing a house to sell. They cleaned all the carpet within the house, about 1900 square feet of carpet. They quoted a price of $300.00, but told me they would measure when they got there. The end price was $350.00 which I thought was reasonable. A young man came and spent about 4 hours. The carpet was a little damp when he finished and was completely dry the next morning and looked great. There was no furniture in the house and I don't know if they would move furniture or not. I we need our carpet cleaned in our house we would consider this company.

+ -1 moreOverall, this was a good experience. My carpet is 5 yrs. old and though I steam-clean it semi-annually, I hadn't had a professional job done since it's installation. I'm happy w/the results of service done on carpet which is visible. I am also happy w/results of upholstery cleaning.
Description of Work: Chem-Dry cleaned my off-white Berber carpet in three rooms/hallway and cleaned a sectional sofa for under $500. I'm very happy w/all the areas that were cleaned, but customers need to be forewarned that service men do not remove or move furniture. Therefore, the visible spaces look fantastic, but the carpet under sofas, tables, buffets, beds, etc. is not included in the cleaning. I will definitely have them do my next major carpet cleaning, but will plan in advance to move furniture out of carpeted rooms.

Description of Work: Four rooms were cleaned in an 8 year old house. The carpet had never been cleaned. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. They did a tremendous job on the carpet. They were very careful with their equipment in order to not damage or disturb the marble and hardwood flooring. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

+ -1 moreI called to set an appointment to have carpet cleaned in my house and received one within 3 days. Four rooms of carpet were cleaned. The two workers were courteous and polite. They worked hard and completed the cleaning in about 2 hours. The results were very good.
Description of Work: Four rooms of carpeting, one set of stairs, one hallway and 3 closets were cleaned. The high traffic areas were pre-treated. The carpet is over 10 years old and had not been professionally cleaned in about 4 years. The results were great.

+ -1 moreThe cleaner was on time and went right to work. The stairs were done with extra care, because of dried on stains. This section was scrubbed twice to get it all out. He was very personable, and asked me to check it to make sure it was done well enough. That was the first time a cleaning company asked my approval before considering the job done.
Description of Work: Chem Dry steam cleaned the carpets in three rooms on the main floor, and the stairway.

+ -1 moreThe technician took my call quickly and followed up promptly with an estimate. His prices were a little high, but he explained the cleaning system and how they guarantee their work. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as we agreed on a day, and the technician was on time. He was very careful moving the furniture, and as he cleaned, he moved it back in place. He was careful putting the foil under the legs. He was very polite, considerate and did a wonderful job.
Description of Work: The technician cleaned my carpet in all three bedrooms. He moved all the furniture before he cleaned it, and after he finished it, he moved all the furniture back in place and put foil cups under the legs. He also added a spot cleaner to the carpet, and it looks almost new again.
