Had artificial grass installed around my pool area. They definitely worked with me on the price, but installation was an adventure. The initial group of men did a good job of removing the existing sod but had issues getting the machinery to pack the dirt down. He sent a lady up who was his manager and she was a workhorse!! She came with her daughter and put those men to shame , who were complaining about the heat..(hello Oklahoma in July) and the work ethic was no comparison. Other than removing the sod she (with her daughter's help) she basically did the whole job. The last day she worked until 1100 at night( I had a floodlight out there) Complaints: Need reliable help, Man who measured the area initially, mismeasured and they were short of the sod I ordered.(problem was corrected) Seems like a new company going through growing pains....end product looks good.
