Modern Age contruction

When it rained the wall by the fireplace leaked. I tried calling but there was no answer.On 8/8/12 Modern Age Contraction was hired to put a new roof on my house. The roof is fine but he (Tommy Love) failed to fix the flashing around the chimney. I called but they did not answer. After numerous calls he came out and couldn't find a problem. This cycle of denial continued for three cycles of rain and calls. He finally came out, claimed he found the problem and would fix it. He came out but it was not fixed correctly. Then when it rained again and leaked again I tried to call but he refuses to answer the phone. I called my insurance company but there is nothing they can do to make sure he fixes the problem. Then I called another roofer who said he had nit done what he was supposed to do when the roof was replaced. Now I am responsible for a 1500 dollar repair do to the shoddy work of Tommy Love and Modern Age Construction.
