I am writing the review now b/c I just became a member of Angie's List. When I saw the BBB rated this company A+ I was completely appalled. I have never worked with a more incompetent provider in any are of my life. Horrendous experience from start to finish. We bought the house based on the design, but the workmanship was truly awful. Five year later, all our trees are dead b/c they didn't keep them watered during construction. The interior workmanship is atrocious - e.g., they laid the baseboards before the floor, so there are gaps that have to be caulked. They painted all the cabinets before the caulking dried, so all the paint has been chipped off for years. The drawers and cabinets never shut well. They didn't install doors well. The door handles were all installed crooked. They never put up the fence (we hired subcontractors and finished it ourselves). Basically these guys were in a huge hurry to finish b/c the bank loan was burning a hole in their pocket and so they cut every corner they could think of. I could go on but you get the point. DON'T EVER use this company.
