Ryan Hopkins was in charge of our pack out and was very forthcoming with information and helping us to understand the cleaning process and whether it was worth trying to salvage certain items that had damage. His team was a pleasure to work with in such a stressful situation. He was also very timely with returning items as requested even while in our rent house.
I would recommend the NRT team to anyone in a similar situation and even though I hope to never have another job like this, I would do another job with them in the future! Thank you NRT for helping to bring peace to a crazy, disturbing time for our family! Do not hesitate to contact me if you need additional information.
"In response to Ms. [member name removed] review NRT was not aware of any issues with the quality of work for the repairs. All work that was done was inspected and passed by the city inspectors. NRT was never contacted in regards to any warranty or code compliance issues. NRT did contact the owner to inquire as to the status of the payment. With most insurance repair jobs the mortgagor or bank is in control of the insurance proceeds. This requires the owner to sometimes contact them in regards to the status of the payment to ensure we can keep the project moving. This particular mortgagor was handled by an estate/ family trust which was handled by an attorney and not your typical mortgagor or bank. Which required more involvement by the owner and took longer for NRT to receive payment, but NRT continued to work on the job even though the payments were slower then normal. As for the power being turned off this is true, but what the owner did not mention was that NRT paid for them to stay in a hotel for a few days until power was restored to the home. We know we are not perfect but strive to make sure our customers are satisfied with the over all status of the repairs and I am more then willing to speak with Ms. [member name removed] and to correct any items that she feels NRT should fix."
