The crew came and worked on the weekend due to bad weather coming. Really appreciated them sacrificing their weekend to finish up the job! Crew was very courteous and respectful. Great job and would highly recommend Everest Siding and Windows.

a day ago It was truly a blessing to work with this company. At first, I was hesitant because Everest's bid was slightly higher than the other companies. But when I took a closer look at the itemization, I realized that Everest had many repairs included in their proposal that other companies did not. Most importantly, framing and insulation repair and replacement. Everyone on the Everest staff was awesome-- from Richard, the owner...to Denisa, the office manager...to Javier and his crew.

They were professional in every aspect of the install. There were three members of the install team and each seemed to know exactly what needed to be done throughout the install. There was no wasted time. They were great. I wish everyone that has ever done for me was as professional as they were. I am very satisfied.

Tough project but Everest exceeding my expectations. No hiccups, no change orders, no up-charges. Just quality, timely work. This is a first call company. Hire them. You won t be disappointed.

Richard and his team will promise you the sun moon and stars . We had warned them our project was extensive . As they got further into the project of replacing the chimney, roof , siding and reframe of our front window the excuses started coming from them . Wanting us to sign the financial paperwork so that they could be paid in full before they would finish the job. When they were Almost complete we agreed to sign the paperwork after they threatened to rip everything off of the house if we did not sign . They promised they would come back and do the punch list but needed to be paid first ..2 months later and it still has not been completed correctly. We have heard every excuse under the sun . We even went a step further and paid Jorge and his son $300 to come and install a garage door and caulk and even that has not happened. I have emails , text message history as well as voice recordings of every time Richard and his wife came out ..completely unprofessional ! We kept our word and signed early and yet they have not kept theirs . As a household that has flooded 4 x in a matter of less than 5 months I am utterly appalled at how they have taken advantage of us and I will continue to warn everyone against using this company ! Greg was fantastic, though he wasn't the original renovator on the job. Greg put in the roller door on the garage/shed and came back to fix shed afterward. The only problem I have with original job is that Richard did not replace my carport, which he said he would make wider than the first one.

Did good work and clean up after themselves.

Rich was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. The materials, the work to be done and the timeline. He delivered on everything. His crew had to work in 100 degree weather and still they were very professional and when I asked them questions they took the time to answer. Would hire them again in a heartbeat

I had the siding on the back wall of my home and the chimney surround replaced. Richard was on-time to give me the quote, and the price was very reasonable. His crew showed up on time to do the work, were very respectful, and did a great job. My back porch was cleaner after they left then when they arrived. I m very happy with the way my siding turned out, and I would definitely hire Everest again.

The project manager Greg Atkins was awesome always smiling and willing to answer questions. If I had to rate him it would be an 11.

The owners Richard and Doini Jones are Awesome!! Sweet as can be! Richard explained everything about LPSmart Siding. Greg , our project manager was so accommodating and kept in touch several times a day, checking on how things were progressing and if any issues. Such an asset to the company . Carlos and his crew worked non stop!! They were very meticulous and hard working. At the end of each day every area was cleaned and swept! Beautiful job guys!! We would highly recommend Everest Siding and Windows to everyone!! Thanks

You get what you pay for. They are not the cheapest but the work is top quality. They covered the extras including the unknown behind the walls. They clean up the area upon leaving every day. The siding looks beautiful and their paint job was great. Thank you Everest for rescuing our home!

They did an amazing job!! They cleaned up every night before they left, including sweeping! The workers were polite and helpful, professional and so very eager to help me move plants, move furniture, etc. They watched out for me which was something I have never experienced while having workers work at my house.I like the fact that the owner quoted an exact amount and promised they would not come back asking for more money. They didn't, and I had extra painting added to the job! Highly recommend!

They did such a great job on this house, my wife and I, as well as our landlord, couldn t be more pleased.

They were affordable & the quality of work was excellent. Their employees were polite, accommodating, professional & very responsive. What set them apart from other companies was they didn t just paint the boards/siding they replaced, but they painted the entire area so you could not tell where the repair was made. Our 30 year old house looks brand new!

I would actually like to respond to the review by Brian I. from Kingwood... you know you always get one crazy like this, obviously this guy has no life or a miserable one that he seems to spend his time giving companies bad reviews which is evident if you look up reviews he has given multiple companies, all of which are negative. I personally hired Everest Siding and Windows to replace the siding on my home. The tore every piece of wood and siding off my home down to the studs. They did a MAGNIFICENT job, the team was awesome, respectful and their work and work ethic is beyond repute. I actually have just hired them again, and they will be starting a second job on my home, I have also recommended this company to others including family members who I would not steer wrong. I would totally disregard the negative review by Brian I. from Kingwood as he is obviously an outlier and base your decision on all the other reviews, we can not all be wrong. Richard Jones is a man of character, integrity and excellent work ethics, I would recommend him any time, you can not go wrong!

Recommended by home advisor. Do not get your hopes up or waste your time with Everest Richards smooth talk will end in disappointment. If Richard would simply execute his promises as sold and give the same attention to his customers that he does his reviews and provenance (which anyone can get) Everest would be a fine company. Richard is cool as ice, presents well and comes off as very likable and seemingly genuine. He touts Everests impeccable provenance, trust, devotion, guarantee of satisfaction and financial stability and $5M of completed work during the sales pitch. He then tries to turn on the pressure by softly offering an incentive to sign the deal quickly. When that tactic fails to close the deal, he lowers the price a few hundred dollars and lays on the guilt trip to make you feel like you are getting an amazing deal and preventing his family from eating even though he is not the cheapest. After you sign, he makes one attempt to execute immediately which is incredibly too fast. Afterwards very few attempts to begin the project will be made. To be fair we did not want the siding torn off during the crazy Texas rain the last couple of months so we delayed at least 2 times. Questions about expected execution, progress or timeline will be dodged or ignored. Over a month later without single contact he is ready to execute next day. Shows up with trailer half full of garbage, no permits or approvals from HOA. Richard then gets upset we are questioning trust and professionalism when we ask if permits were executed, what expected progress is and how work will be completed. A worker antagonizes the dog through the backdoor window on camera. Richard has the audaciousness to get feelings hurt and accuse of spying when we inform them there are security cameras watching and listening to everything. Suddenly we do not trust him or their professionalism enough to deserve his service because we are spying on them. Richard cancels job before even removing a single board and tears up contract. All this via text within 2-hour period. Not one single phone call attempted or meeting called. We request a cancellation of project document before end of day to ensure execution of contract is not attempted in future. As expected, Richard committed and failed to execute. Everest is just like every other contractor that promises the world just to get contract signed, then rewards you with poor execution. Sir Richard trust is earned not given. Honest action, faithful execution of agreements along with willingness to honestly answer questions to best of knowledge and ability in any given situation will earn trust. If there is truly nothing to hide as stated during sales pitch, how is our oversight of the progress on our property spying? Last time I checked it is our house and property which you are given the permission to be present and working on. We are not spying simply ensuring our largest investment and everything in it is safe. Customer Beware everything is not what it is on the surface and Everests grass is no greener than their competition!

Great company. They did everything we wanted done. They preformed beyond our expectations. Great work.
