B.E. Construction did an amazing job on our property after the wind & hail damage to fix everything that was damaged as well as made improvements to our property. Their attention to detail was excellent and the quality of their work is unmatched. I would highly recommend B.E. Construction and his team for any of your home improvement needs.

Went very well. Brandon is very responsive and knowledgeable. This is a full service construction company that does residential and commercial work. Brandon has been in this business since his father had a similar business. He understands all phases of construction and did a great job working with my insurance company.

Fantastic. He provided updates and how things were moving along. He was prompt in returning phone calls. I have upcoming work that I need done to my home and plan on having him help me with that I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Brandon was very attentive to what we wanted in the design process. His crew was very tolerant of our constant watchful eye on the house and the changes that were going on. If we saw something that we did not approve of, Brandon was quick to address any changes that needed to be made. After the job was complete, Brandon continued to address things that we felt needed to be addressed. We are very pleased with the work that Brandon and his crew provided.

It seemed at first a bit slow to get started and we were not notified proactively when no one would be onsite working.  We had to follow up several time to get updates on where we were in the process.  Once all the original pieces were in place, e.g. design plans complete, inspections completed, the work started and for the most part someone was onsite almost everyday.  They were responsive when we asked questions or saw any problem while they were here.  In the end, the addition turned out great and the time and money was well spent.

I think the only improvement would be that they be more proactive in communication with the customer, but the work was well done and beautiful!

Things went well. It took a little longer than planned, and there were a few do-overs, but all in all it was a positive experience. Brandon is very easy to talk with and trustworthy. He stands behind his work.

Brandon and his team did an excellent job.  They were kind, courteous and professional.  And the pricing was exceptionally fair.  Our house looks great and we'll definitely be using them for future remodels.

Brandon is a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time (sometimes even early) for all appointments and was easy to reach when we had questions. We had hail damage to the roof and house and shed and he helped with the insurance claim and came out to be here with the adjuster. It was all done quickly and efficiently and a quality outcome. We also had a new patio door added and cement patio. The door carpentry was excellent and the cement work, stamping and coloring is perfect and looks beautiful. We love working with him and wish we had more stuff for him to do.

This was my first experience with a home insurance claim. When my wife contacted BE Construction, a sales rep promptly came and explained to me all the options available, took pictures of the damage, and explained how the insurance claim information would be used in the contract. The home was in my name and I was the point of contact. Unfortunately, he gave different information about billing options to me than to my wife. They told her they customarily require half the bill up front and the remainder after the work was done. I was not told about this option, so I paid the full amount up front. Then I waited Then I called. No calls were returned. When I emailed management, I got a call back to schedule work a month after the contract was signed. The work date was rescheduled 3 times, delaying work an additional month. Each time I had to be the one to call to reschedule. When I tired of rescheduling, I asked them to write me a check for the latter half of the job, which they did. I work at home doing video editing, sometimes recording narration. When they did show up, it was on an unscheduled day, and I could not do any work. The pounding of the roof was so hard that several light fixtures came loose and broke. (Don't know if other folks do a walk-through to check these things.) The contract was to fix the roof and the skirting, which also had hail damage. They came twice to fix the roof. After 3 months had passed, I noticed the skirting was not fixed. After waiting another week for calls to be returned, only then was I told by Brandon, the manager, that he had problems locating a match for the 62 feet of skirting. So I suggested he contact the GM at Palm Harbor who sold me the home only 8 months before, because he knew the manufacturer and distributors that would sell it. I told him he should have talked to me about this sooner. Brandon later told me he called the GM and said that he called the person he recommended, but they were out of stock. So I called the GM at Palm Harbor. He remembered me, but he did not recall any conversation with Brandon. He told me that the skirting was not hard to find at all. So I called Brandon back, left a message, and he emails me to tells me I should just fix the skirting myself. I had a problem with figuring out what I then owed him, because he never gave me any written accounting of how I was being billed. So I cashed the check for half the bill -- $1400. Wouldn't you know it, I got a written invoice soon afterwards, allowing me to refund the difference for what Brandon promised to repair, but then just decided not to. I took my sweet time refunding the money, too. I don't have time to fix it myself, so I'm still wondering who to call. So unprofessional! I really do not appreciate being LIED to and left with no written accounting of work supposedly done, and this by the owner of the company. Beware!

"Mr. [removed member name], I am very sorry for the experience you have had with B.E. Construction and Roofing. I wanted to respond so that we could clear some of the miscommunication. In regards to billing, the same sales rep explained to you and your wife the process of how the insurance claims go. I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding on one or both sides. As our contract states, the first payment from your insurance company is collected as the deposit. Once the work has been completed, we receive the second check from the insurance company. In your situation, 90% of your claim was paid on the first check, but you still had a second check coming from the insurance company as was explained/written in your contract. I'm going to have to apologize on behalf of my salesman with the lack of returned phone calls/emails. As I'm sure you are aware, we had just had a major hail storm and we were receiving an abundance of phone calls and emails daily. On the same note, we explained to all clients that we were at least one month out on our roofing schedule because of the major storm. We work on a first come, first serve basis. At the same time, schedules get pushed out with inclement weather. Unfortunately, we had quite a few rainy days during this rainy season. As far a few fixtures and other possessions falling from the walls of your home, it is normal depending on how they are attached. There is hammering and other construction going on. And again, in your case, it was particularly bad because your home is a trailer home, which we are not particularly accustom to working on. In reference to the skirting issue, I personally called Palm Harbor Homes (the exact number you gave) and the gentleman explained to me that they did not sell parts to modular homes. He did, however, give me a number to a guy that could help me. After several phone calls and voicemails, I never received a returned call. This is when I told you that you would be better off finding someone who specializes on trailer homes. I give my sincerest apologies for all of the misunderstandings. Our salesmen are usually very clear on explaining the process to our clients and we've never had these issues before. We are focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction and as a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. My hope is that you will give us another try in the future."

Lucky me.  Brandon was the first roofer to stop by after the massive hail storm in Denton.  He came to my place when the State farm adjuster arrived, and got up on the roof with him.  Result was State farm replaced my roof, my vinyl siding over the entire house, the aluminum fascia and my garage doors.   This required dealing with four separate repair firms.  Brandon took care of all that.
In addition, I asked him to install a ridge vent when roofing.  He did.  As it turned out my house was constructed without soffit vents, he had them cut into the soffit all around including upstairs.  He also had the siding folks cover the existing gable vents to avoid competition with the soffit to ridge vent system.  He did everything I asked of him in a timely fashion and saved me my deductible.   I cannot recommend him highly enough.

BE Construction had installed my roof, and I was so pleased with the experience I invited Brandon to bid on this job.  There are tilers all over the metroplex that will come in cheaper, but knowing the workers are insured and the owner involved in the project from start to finish makes a big difference to me.  They started every day on time and finished as we discussed.  One modification was needed, and they came right out and addressed it. No shortcuts or cosmetic cover-ups. The workers cleaned up every day and left the work area and the yard very clean. Payment is half down and half upon completion/satisfaction.  The contract is standard and the handshake means everything.  Do not hesitate to ask this company to bid on your projects.

We had hail damage and Brian took care of everything from placing the initial call to the insurance to walking the roof with the inspector. Every single scrap and nail was cleaned out of the yard and his crew was very professional. I have already contracted with him to remodel my master bathroom.

It went very, very well - the floors look wonderful. All we had to do was pick the tile and grout and Brandon took care of the rest. He is very professional, polite, and the quality of work is fantastic!
