Description of Work: I used Sam's Flooring Gallery for the flooring in my entire home except for one part of it. They did porcelain tile, hardwood and carpet in the living area and bedroom.

 + -1 more"Bait-and-switch" on materials / colors available. Took over nine days to complete a 320 square feet wood flooring quote of "two days, max!" Attempting to pass off hand stained (NOT even varnished!) and mismatched T-moldings in place of Manufacturer's matching product. MOST HORRIBLE HOME "IMPROVEMENT" EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN SUGAR LAND IN A DECADE. I'M GOING TO HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX THE JOB DONE WRONG BY SAM!!!
