Mike Simpson is wonderful. He came over immediately after my French doors had been kicked in and my house burgled. He worked with me on what kind of doors to replace them with and allowed me to change my mind several times until I got exactly what I wanted. At my request he examined the other doors in the house and found the back kitchen door was also at risk for easy break in as I suspected. But he also examined my front door which he said was fine and did not try to sell me another front door. His crew was punctual extremely professional and did an excellent job of installing my doors. My doors work well and I am very happy with them. I highly recommend Cambridge Doors and though Mike said my front door was OK plan to get him to change it out in the future. Kathleen Gately

A very professional, helpful company. From my first contact via phone to gather information to the final installation, all employees I came in contact with were very knowledgeable, courteous and offered detailed info and timelines. Owner Mike Stinson, spent quite a lot of time with us at the showroom showing us options, answering questions, and making recommendations. Installation was done on time, professionally and cleaned up after. I will definitely use them again.

I originally went to their showroom to look at doors and obtain some brochures. While I was originally looking at a fiberglass product, Mike, the owner, convinced me to consider a solid wood door as it wasn't pre-hung. He came out to my home and given the good condition of my existing door jamb, suggested a solid mahogany door that could be stained in a variety of wood colors. After selecting the style of door and glass insert, I was able to take a piece of my flooring in my entryway to their showroom to determine which stain would work best. Mike was very helpful throughout the process. The door was installed on a Friday afternoon within 1 to 2 hours and it looks great! I couldn't be more pleased, and I am sure that it has added value to my home.

We have been doing business with Cambridge for many years and Mike and his crew are always professional, prompt and courteous. Kim, in the office, is very knowledgeable. When we initially contacted Cambridge, about possibly replacing our bathroom window, she was a tremendous help. She also advised us on what type photos of the old window would be best to send them. From those photos, they were able to determine the framework AND the glass would need replacing. Also, Mike came to our home to take a look in person, measured the window opening and we chatted about what replacement window might be best for us. We signed a contract that day and he ordered the new window the same day. Mike stayed in touch with us about how it was going on manufacturing the new window. When the new window arrived he immediately contacted us and his crew came out within a few days after for installation. His crew did an excellent job of installing; were courteous, cleaned up after finishing the installation; and hauled off all debris. We highly recommend Cambridge Doors and Windows.

We bought a beautiful front door from Cambridge. Mike Stinson was very helpful with his knowledge and immediately understood our desires. The door has a red mahogany stain on the outside and golden oak stain on the inside to match the associated wood colors inside and outside. We chose the Scottsdale fan light with pewter canning and triple pane glass added at the top. Delivery and installation was done in a timely manner to our convenience. Cambridge was very willing to work with us around our busy time schedule. Yes, we definitely will be calling them for any future door or window needs.

Rebuilt sill causing excelerated back door core deterioation and replaced with better quality door. Finishing done perfectly. Good variety of product choices; knowledgeable responsive service crew.

This went very smoothly. They were very professional. They were able to correct the mistakes that a prior company did for us. Provided a high quality door as well. They also had problems with placing the bumpers and had to do a complete innovative design so it did not damage any of the walls.

Mr Stinson came out to our house and measured all the windows and was able to give a reasonable estimate by the next day. Very professional presentation. Three weeks later as planned by my wife and I, Mr. Stinson's crew was right on time, all work was performed in a timely manner to our expectations. This was an excellent choice and a wonderful experience. My wife and I had estimates from two other companies which were very high pressure salesmen and not upfront.

I liked that this was a one stop shop. The salesman took detailed measurements. He was also very detailed as to what would be installed-the type and style of doors, the hardware and the color of the jambs and molding. The installers were pleasant and did a very nice job. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The salesman called to follow up on how we liked the new doors.

I called Cambridge Doors the next day to complain about the no-show and the person who answered the phone said he would talk to the sales rep about this issue and wanted to know if I wanted to make another appointment. I answered that if this was an indication of how they treated their customers, I did not want to take a chance to have them replace my door.

My wife found the door she wanted almost immediately after walking inside. We also picked out a finish and hardware and some glass options. We thought the price was excellent, but the manager, Matt, said he couldn't give us a final price until he came to the house to measure. Matt came to the house a couple of days later and took measurements. He said there would be no change to price he quoted in the store. When I told him that I just needed a firm price and was going to shop some more, he got very belligerent and said I had "wasted his time." I don't know why he expected me to just sign the contract immediately. This was terrible customer service. My wife and I shopped around and could not find a similar door for a similar price. We ended up calling Matt back and getting the original door for the same price. We are now very pleased with the door and the quality of the installation. I guess it was all a big misunderstanding at first, but he almost lost our business.
