It went well. They cleaned up after themselves.

Smoothly. Two electricians came and worked for just short of an hour to replace and install the GCFI outlets.

They are excellent. They actually call to follow up, to see how the work went.

They came in. It took them a while to figure out the wiring. After he figured it out, it works beautifully now.

Jarod was methodical and his knowledge of code requirements helped him identify and solve the problem. He was prompt in arriving (called beforehand). He and his helper Mark came back the following day to install the new outlets. This was the second time we had used Veteran (install some ceiling fans). We will definitely use them for future electrical work. We were very pleased with the results.

Good except they did not clean up the work area after the work had been done.

We have an old duplex, and knew we needed to replace the old breaker panel for the rental unit (potential fire hazard). Vince from Veteran Electric really went the extra mile -- extra five miles for us. The new panel would not fit into the same space due to current building code, but finding a space for the new panel presented several problems. Vince made an appointment with a senior inspector from the city to discuss, then came back again to install as agreed. He was also great at keeping me informed the whole time. I really cannot say enough good things about the service I got from Veteran Electric.

From setting up service till the work was completed my wife and I were very impressed!! The professionalism, expertise, was out standing. What we thought was going to be extensive work to find the problem, the electrician knew what the problem was right after we explained what happened. The problem was a wall plug that had shorted out. From the time he showed up till he completed the job 1 1/2 hours or less. We would hire them again without hesitation.

I had to tighten all the fixtures myself after they left because they were not properly tightened and were wobbly. I had new bulbs put but two of them have already fused and I had to replace the two bulbs.They were new bulbs and I never had bulbs fused so quickly earlier.Because two techs came for the above work and were done much before their time of 1 hour I requested them to fix a GFCI outlet in the kitchen which had a loose contact. The tech said he fixed it but the switch is not working completely now.Previously it used to work atleast intermittently. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the work done.

Found problem quickly, fixed it, and cost was reasonable.

They gave me a free quote which is rare for electricians and most importantly are honest guys. Several things I had asked them about adding to my home they suggested not to bother with since it would be a waste of money. Exceptional overall experience! Will definitely use them again and continue to recommend to friends and family.

Veterans sent out 2 electricians to do various electrical fixes around our house. They were professional, polite, worked efficiently and fixed most everything properly. Some outlets in our kitchen have not been working for years. Several electricians tried to fix them over the years. Usually the outlets would work for a few hours after the "fix" and stop working after that. I don't know what the Veteran's electrician did, but he fixed the GFC and the outlets have been working for weeks now with no issue. They replaced about 25 cracked light switches. One was not fixed properly and they came back at no charge to fix it. It was a minor fix that took him 5 minutes. The only other issue is that they book up quickly. From the day I first called, their first available appointment was about 3 weeks out. I would hire them again and recommend them for electrical repair.

The technician found that work done in this socket was not to code and he couldn't legally make it the way it was. He did what he could and helped me figure out alternatives.
