Jerrod came out a did a good job on both issues. Would hire again.

Brendan was on time, courteous and professional. He finished the job in 1.5 hours, double checked his work and that everything worked the way it should before leaving. The chandelier I purchased did not fit into my junction box the way it was intended to hang over dining table and Brendan advised straight away. I can't wait to request Brendan again to install hopefully a correct chandelier I just ordered.

Jerod was punctual and totally professional, as well as being very friendly and personable. He worked efficiently and fast. My wife and I were very pleased with the services he provided and we will certainly use Veteran Electric again when we need electrical work carried out.

Jerod did such an amazing job. I am always a little skeptical of 'deals' with great reviews. I sometimes wonder if people have been paid to leave a good review. Well Veteran's Electric is the real deal. Jerod was personable, polite and efficient. I will use Veteran's for all of my future electrical needs, even if we don't buy an Angie's List deal.

Jared was fabulous. He arrived on time and cleaned up after himself. He did everything he was supposed to do and was very professional. I was very impressed.

Not knowing if my job was big or small, I purchased an Angie's List promotion of 2 hours of work for $150. Before purchasing, I called Veteran's Electrical Inc and explained the problem. They told me they could not diagnose over the phone and suggested I purchase the promotion. As I know nothing of electrical matters, I don't know if that was sound advice, but it sounded reasonable so I did it. I placed the call on a Thursday before a long weekend and was concerned that they could not fit me into their schedule. They did accommodate me and someone came out the very next day. "Brandon" actually called to ask if he could come an hour ahead of our scheduled time. I'm used to service men being late not early, so I was pleasantly surprised. He was very professional and immediately identified the problems and fixed them within 30 minutes!! Given that I had paid for 2 hours of electrical work, I asked him to inspect the other outlets and let advice if there were any other electrical matters I should address. He cursorily did so. On the one hand I'm kicking myself for paying so much for 2 hours of work, but at the same time, I guess my problem could have been larger, longer and expensive job. Who really knows. Overall, however, I am pleased by the quality of the work, punctuality and professionalism, so I can't really complain. I will call them again if I have future electrical needs. In fact, I will be calling them soon for ceiling fan installations.

Everything went great! He was very professional. The owner cleaned up after himself when the work was completed. The two full hours of service was not needed, so he did an analysis on other job that needed to be done.

I called the office to get some information and the office staff sent my request in to Vince, who promptly called me, discussed what I needed and gave me a ballpark estimate. They were able to come out within two days to do the job. They arrived promptly and got to work. Vince explained what he has fine and why. He and Dominic were very helpful when a couple of unexpected issues came up with two of the outlets in my home (unrelated to the quoted job). Pricing was very fair. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided.

Quickly determined that it was probably one of the appliances on the circuit causing the tripping. That and one of our outdoor outlets had been covered by mulch. That could cause some water into the outlet and trip the circuit...as it should. He recommended we upgrade our GFCI outlets because it would look better, not because they needed it. Quickly got the information he needed for the security lighting we were interested in and gave some very good suggestions that would have a better look for the house.

Jerod was a very nice service man. He found loose wiring in the garage and repaired it. Now my garage and front porch circuits are working!

Jared called before arriving and came on time. He had a great plan and completed the job in the easiest way possible. We are very pleased with the work. He told us that if we had any questions or concerns to call him and he would make it right.

This is the second time we've asked Veteran Electric to handle electrical work at our home in Katy. We won't use anyone else. They are knowledgeable, honest, and punctual. Great communicators. Thank you, Veteran Electric, for being there.

Everything went extremely well. Brenden was the service technician. He was top notch -- prompt, professional, and fast. This was one of the best experiences that I had in recent memory with any tradesman. Anna at the office was very professional and facilitated the scheduling of the work. I will use them in the future and would recommend them without any reservation.

He got the job done, and did a great job so no complaints there. You need to provide your technicians with footies. This guy tracked clods of wet mud all through my house. We had to wash the bathroom rug three times before it came out.

We paid the $150 for 2 hours of service. We just needed to find out why two outlets weren't working and have them replaced. Guy came out says they charge separately for parts. I understand, he says since it's such a quick job he can just deduct the price of parts for the amount paid for 2 hours. Great, I think. Problem is, the guy just replaced the outlets and didn't actually venture into why they'd been out. We go and try to use one of the outlets two days later for the first time and it doesn't work. We're throwing an event so we put it off, then Houston flooded so we had other concerns. Call them 2 weeks after they'd been out expressing our concerns and Anna(?) Is very cordial, understands our concern, and schedules the guy out for the next morning. Guy comes out and tells us it's a snapped wire. Great. Will charge us another $150 to replace. What? End of, test what they do while the electrician is still there. Hadn't had such a shady experience with a company from AL so when he said the job was done I assumed it was done correctly. That was our mistake. Will not be using this service again.

Clearly, the company is very well run and organized. Brandon and Dominic came on time and were very courteous. When they ran into a problem, they communicated with me right way. Also, Vincent was on top of it and came over pretty quickly. At end, they did a good job and cleaned up well afterward. We will definitely use them again in the future.

The work they did seems to be pretty good. The guy showed up, he did the job and so far, everything's working. I made an appointment with them but had to reschedule. They were really cooperative about rescheduling. I'm pretty pleased with them. He didn't do as good of a job cleaning up after himself.

It worked out good they did several jobs.

Got all my outside plugs working. It was just a trip reset, however I didn't know where the GFI was located. Installed a timer switch on an outside light. Replaced faulty inside plug. Wanted him to move a plug higher up the wall, but a firewall was in the way and it would have been too expensive to move. Overall I was very satisfied with the job.

Jared was very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely recommend and use Veteran Electric in the future.

I played a little bit of phone tag to try to set up an appointment, but within 2-3 calls I got an appointment scheduled for 10 days out. It would have been nice to have them come out the next day, but I realize that they have other customers and to be the most efficient they would try to schedule me when they are already in the area. I was given a time frame of 10am-noon. I got a phone call from Jerod at 10:20 saying he just finished up another job and was about 10 minutes away from our home. He showed up soon after the phone call and I told him that we had 3 rooms that we were having issues with the light switches. There are 2 different panels to turn on one light for a room, but if we didn't turn on/off the correct light switch the light wouldn't turn off or on. We have had this issue for a while now (a couple of years). Since we bought a new ceiling fan that needed to be installed I took advantage to finally get that issue fixed. Jerod fixed one room (our kitchen) without difficulty. The other 2 rooms were a bit more challenging and it was finally determined that we needed 2 new light switches. He moved on and installed our ceiling fan while my husband bought the light switches. Once the ceiling fan was installed, he quickly replaced the light switches in the remaining 2 rooms and everything is working like new again! Jerod left our home around noon, so he got everything done in about 90 minutes. Jerod was very polite and professional. If we ever need more electrical work done we would hire him again! Matt & Tia
