It went very well. The work was done on time and promptly. As a matter of fact I scheduled to come out again to do additional work on my electrical box. And that job went very well also. I will be referring them to friends and using them again.

Vince and Doc did a really great job. They quickly identified the problems, explained the problems to me and what they were going to do to fix them, and got in and out pretty efficiently (less than 2 hours overall). I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others.

Eli was prompt and efficient. He gave us a very good price and completed the work to our satisfaction on the same day. He was also very professional and courteous, Will definitely hire again when electrical services needed.

The representative arrived on time and we told him what we wanted to have done. He admitted that he personally did not do the kind of work we needed but he took pictures and said he would talk to his boss and get us a bid no later than the next day. Three days later we still had no bid so we called and they emailed us a quote. The quote did not address everything we discussed so I called that same day to clarify the work and to get a revised quote. I left a message with the receptionist who told me that Vince would call me that day. I did not receive a return call so I called twice the next day and once the day after that. Each time I left a message with the receptionist and each time was told that Vince would return my call. I never received a return phone call..

They did an excellent job and were able to get someone out the same day with no emergency fee. I used a coupon I found on Angie's List for $150, which was a great deal.

It was okay. They didn’t tell me in advance what the cost was going to approximate and it was quite a shock to see what they actually charged. They got in and started doing the work and they told me it will cost me $125. I would not have used the service if I’ve known that in advance.

The service tech was very pleasant and communicated well. I'm happy with the service. my only complaint was they said he'd be there between 10-12....and I cancelled an important appt at 10:30 to be here....he called me at 11:30 to say he'd be there at noon. I could've made my 10:30 appt so wished they'd called to tell me they'd be here around noon instead.

I cannot tell you how happy my wife and I are to have worked with Veteran Electric. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. From the attention to detail during the installation of the canned lights, making sure that each can was exactly where my wife wanted them, the collaboration on installing the custom chandeliers, to the electrical panel, making sure that all the switches were matched to their intended uses, I could not have asked for better service. This was a tough job that they executed as planned, on budget and on schedule. And did I mention that they are all nice, courteous, and fun? Yes, fun to have around. I would not hesitate to hire them! In fact, I have a few other projects that we are planning for them.

Vince and his team made new wiring for our stove and cooktop in order to accomodate our kitchen remodelling project. They configurate the wiring from old stove/microwve and relocate to our kitchen island area where the stove relocated. The also did replace kitchen fixtures, ceiling fan, chandelier as well as change the hard wired disposal and dishwasher into new plugs. The team were very thorough and due their diligent to perform the job. Very well done nd excellent! I can't enough thank you them for what they did.

Scones were installed and he showed me exactly what bulbs to purchase He also spent a lot of time trying to trace wiring to island, but determined the original installer put in the electrical box in island, but did not connect it to any live wires; wires most likely under flooring if there at all

Great job. Jared and the crew with him were very professional and seemed very skilled in the type of work they performed. I was very pleased with their electrical knowledge, work ethic and overall professionalism.

They arrived on time and were very professional. They went right to work, did everything I wanted and left no mess behind. Will definitely use them again soon as I have a couple of more things I need to be done.

Everything went extremely well. The box that held the ceiling fan was broken, and he had to go up in the attic. He moved installation aside so that when he took the box out it wouldn't go all over my house. He was very personable and got right to work. The fan and all my switches and plugs are in, and everything looks wonderful!

Vince and Greg came to cut off wiring for existing old stove and oven and lights under wall cabinet in the kitchen. They know what they are doing and explained patiently. They gave me suggestion what has to be done for electrical/wiring while I have ongoing kitchen remodeling. I appreciate their inputs and plans to ask them to come again for other project. This company is very prompt and has very good customer service.

Ceiling fan installed. GFI did not need repair as expected - problem found in another device. Good job.

Overall the job went well - question running the electrical cable across the attic walkway at head height vs close to the roof.

All the work except the repair of the dead outlet was excellent. The dead outlet worked when they left, but quite working shortly thereafter. In addition, it was overlooked during their first service call and I had to call them back to finish the work. At first, they claimed it was done, but I finally convinced them otherwise. By this time, the owner had gone on vacation so it was hard to get them to schedule another trip. They finally came, worked a short while and left. I had not had a need for to use that outlet until some time later when I discovered that it was still dead. Subsequent calls to get this problem fixed have been ignored. I had taken advantage of an offer to do all the work for one lump sum. If the cost exceeded the lump sum, they would not charge me for it. I suspect that the work was running over so they didn't want to come back. I have called and left messages over the past year but have not ever heard back from them. My suggestion is that, if you hire them, don't go for the lump sum and don't pay until all the work is complete.

Jared was the electrician that came to perform the electrical services. He was a very happy and enthusiastic young man that you could tell loved his job. He was extremely practical and listened to my concerns and found a way to fix my problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will plan to use him and Veteran Electric in the future. I strongly recommend them to others. FANTASTIC job.

It went fine. He was on time and did a great job. The electrical outlet in the garage was wired into outlets that are used to run my fluorescent light and unfortunatly if I try to use the outlet the light flickers and the plug trips ( GFI outlet was used) but it's not the electricians fault. He checked the outlet for power and it was fine. I should have used one of my power saws ( the reason I wanted the outlet) to make sure it worked while he was there. This would not keep me from using them again.
