Having done business previously with Veteran Electric, I knew what to expect and got exactly what I expected. "Doc" arrived as scheduled, assessed the situation, and suggested an easier means of adding the electrical outlet than I had in mind. "Doc" explained what he was doing, was careful to insure no damage was done to the house in the surrounding work area, cleaned up the area when he finished, and made sure the work conformed to code. Advised me that even if the outlet he tapped for power to the new outlet went bad, the new outlet would continue to have power. I'm very happy with the finished product!

They were honest and didn't push any additional work. Everything they completed was perfect.

Used the Angie's discount deal at $149. They were punctual, courteous and maintained communication throughout the job. The area was left clean. I definitely recommend.

The technician was professional and quickly fixed the outdoor light. I bought a new replacement light fixture but he was able to fix the old one and save me money.

I had 3 pendant lights installed over our kitchen island. There was one light there previously, two were new installs. They were a little misleading about their coupon, there was a deal on Angie's list where I could get two hours worth of electrical work for $150 (the coupon said any electrical work, even adding new lighting), but when the electricians arrived he said that deal was only if we had one man (two came), but I would like to say that the second man was obviously in training and the main electrician did all of the work. I don't think they should charge customers for two workers when only one truly was doing the work. The receptionist also talked me out of purchasing the deal on Angie's list, they said they would honor it without me purchasing it through Angie's, which I thought was strange, but now I know why. Because in the end they didn't honor the Angie's list deal. The electrician said they would give me a $50 discount, but I still feel like they didn't honor their word. The electricians were very nice and professional, they did a good job hanging my lights, and that is the only reason I am giving a good review. Otherwise I felt like the company did not honor their word for their coupon. In the end I timed how long it took them to hang the lights, it ended up being a total of 2 1/2 hours from the moment they rang my doorbell, even with them having to leave and run to home depot for junction boxes (why would electricians not carry these parts in their work van?!) until they time they left. They can't say they needed two men to do this job because the main electrician was very clearly training the second man and he didn't do anything other than put in screw for the light once the main man installed everything and did all wiring.
