They paid attention to detail and they asked me questions, because I had a gate that had to be changed and some odd features in my yard. They talked to me before they did stuff. Two workers installed the fence. It took them a couple days to do the work. Their clean up afterwards was excellent.

Their delivery services for absolutely the worst thing I have ever experienced in my entire life especially around the holiday time. I was crying often on the entire day having to deal with the service. If you cannot void it never use Lowe's second party delivery service.

Excellent service at Kuykendahl Spring Lowes. Ordered doors and had them installed by Lowes subcontractor.  Doors were better than expected, beautiful and installation was very professional. This is 3rd time I have used this Lowes, once for window and once for interior laundry to garage door. Work has been excellent each time.

This whole experience was awful. The windows were ordered or came in wrong and the installer put them in as new construction windows instead of replacment windows. This caused the windows to sit on top of the house and stick out very far making trim board not fit. We were left with no trim on 8 windows and one window completely uncaulked so it was not waterproof and there was a storm coming. We had to rush and buy boards and a saw to get the trim up before the rain hit. We called Lowe's and they came and told us the windows were installed wrong by the installer. We were told we would have to remove all our blinds and curtains and move our furniture once again because the windows had to be removed and reinstalled. We told them we didn't want either of the two original guys that installed the windows back at our home. They both knew they had installed the windows improperly. The day for reinstall came and the owner, Steve, sent one may to do a job that he sent two to do originally and the one guy he sent was one of the original guys. I let that go. Steve stayed a little whole to make sure they guy was on the right track and then left. The guy worked all day, but couldn't finish the windows. He left at dark and said he'd be back on Sunday. He never showed up. Steve never called or came by to make sure the reinstall was finished. We called Steve on Sunday when the guy didn't come and we got his voicemail which was full. I then called Lowe's to see if they could reach him. Then my husband and I started trying to caulk all 8 windows (so we could put our blinds back up and curtains and put our furniture back). Also, the trim was not completed and one window was not screwed in. Lowe's finally reached Steve and he sent his best guy that came and tried to finish the job, but again we were running out of daylight. We caulked and screwered in one last window while he fixed the trim and caulked outside. Chris was great, but it was all too much, too late. Steve later called to apologize about the guy not showing up and asked that I not call Lowe's in the future, to call him directly. I told him I tried, but he didn't answer and not to tell me to call and not to call. He should have sent his best guy to fix the job the first time and he should have made sure the job was finished. Lowe's said they'd talk to Steve and possibly get us a small gift card for all our trouble, but this was too little, too late. Steve also offered to put doors in for free, but there was no way his company was touching my house again. Lowe's did give us free trim board the second time around, but I would not hire them again. I felt they sided with Steve instead of their customer in the end. We never heard anohter word and never got the gift card.

I am very pleased with everything. The carpets look amazing. I will not hesitate to say that everything was done perfectly! All of the carpets in every room match perfectly. There are no pieces missing and nothing cut wrong. I was so excited to see how well everything had turned out. The price was not bad either, considering the size of my house.

Well, they tried to repair it. They could not figure out what was wrong with it and they keep blaming GE for it. It is really getting old. GE blames Lowe s and Lowe s blames GE. I have reported both companies and still nothing. I am very disappointed and will never deal with either company again for anything.

Lowes came out and installed a back door on my house. I think that they did a really good job. They were here when they said that they were going to be and got the job done quick. The door fits very good and doesn't let any air in. I felt the employees were very knowledgeable and friendly.
