We have had Carlos Mendoza as our and quot;go to painterand quot; for quite a few years. As I prepare this review, I am aware that only a single letter of the alphabet is required to grade all aspects of work performed by him and his crews............A. He is very knowledgeable of every aspect of the process, to include paint color selection, details related to various textures and options available to create special effects.

He repainted the utility room, den, and breakfast room. They were very thorough. My mom is very particular. They were very careful to get everything done and double checked everything. They were very kind. They were great and nice to work with.

Beautiful job...helped my house sell quickly! Prior to the makeove, the house had been on the market for two months...it sold right after Mr. Mendoza worked his magic on the bathrooms.

Carlos was very easy to work with and had a quick response time. His bid was very fair, but we needed to kitchen cabinets to be sprayed (he was going to hand-brush). We will certainly think of Carlos for our next painting project.

Great! The estimate process was easy, with Carlos showing up on time and sending an email estimate by the end of the day. We provided the paint and they provided all other materials. We made an appointment for a weekend and the two workers arrived on time and got to work. They made sure everything was covered and kept clean and moved furniture as appropriate. They then got to work and finished mid afternoon, only taking a break for lunch. All in all, work was done professionally and the house looks great.

Carlos comes in, takes a look at the home and helps you choose the perfect colors - in many ways, he is a designer. He provides example boards and swatches. If you don't like something, he will change it. The work he did for me at my current home resulted in more than 6 of my neighbors and friends hiring him to paint the interiors or their homes. They all gave him rave reviews and continue to recommend him to others. I have seen most of the work he has performed for my friends, neighbors and relatives. Each is unique and suited specifically to the home. I am selling my current home and moving again and will be hiring Carlos to paint the entire interior of my new home. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Carlos Mendoza Painting was good. The work they did was very good and the workers were all very nice and they cleaned up after themselves very well.

This is the second time I have used Carlos Mendoza painting. They quote a fair price, show up when they say they are going to, and clean up afterwards. Initially, they used the wrong finish on the interior ceiling paint (I asked for satin and they used flat) but they came back promptly and repainted and it looks great. Carlos is easy to talk to, knows his business, and is very professional and fair. I have always had a great experience when I deal directly with him!

Carlos showed up on time to quote the job. He was able to give us a less expensive option on re-staining the front door, which turned out beautifully. The painters arrived on time and completed their work in about 6 hours. They did a great job. The re-texturing on the ceiling in the dining room was done over a large area, so it was difficult for them to get it exactly like the texturing of the rest of the room. I understand that this can be difficult to replicate. Both of the painters were courteous a attentive to detail. One of the painters did smoke during the lunch break, but he smoked outside. However, as the front door had to remain open as the lacquer had to dry, we could smell his smoke inside the house. Overall, I was very satisfied and would use them again. Their price was very reasonable and they performed the work in a timely manner.

Team was prompt and were able to accommodate a request to do additional painting eventhough they were on a tight schedule. Workers speak very English, but were extremely respectful. Carlos came by the house to make sure everything was going well and stayed until we got a stain color we were happy with...Prices were fair and team worked efficiently. Would not hesitate to hire again.

A few spots , but overall a good job and good experience.

Carlos came out to go over the plans, and the next day emailed an estimate. His price was right in the middle of the three I received - significantly lower then one of them, and he was significantly more professional than the other, so I went with him. They started on the scheduled date, finished on time, and were very thorough and professional. He did NOT ask for any payment until the job was completed to my satisfaction! That was incredible. My house looks fantastic - the faux painting is wonderful. Carlos also suggested colors when I couldn't decide and it turned out perfect. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for painters!

Quality work completed in a professional manner. The staff was very pleasant to work with.

Carlos supplied samples of the work prior to beginning and helped us transition the paint used from room to room to give a beautiful flow to the house. He looked at the style of the house, style of furnshings, etc. and came up with suggestions that all worked nicely. The variety of paint styles made each room special, but still subtle---the perfect backdrop to furnish each room. We had custom cabinets and shelving built into the living room and the finish that the crew did on that was amazing. I recently called them again in February 2011 to do the gameroom. I gave Carlos a pillow cover to match a color and he came up with the perfect design for the room and will start the work this week. Every time a crew comes out, they are extremely professional, amazingly fast and completely clean. They move everything out of their way and then put it all back exactly as it was. The work is perfection---the lines are perfect and there is never any paint on floorboards, chair rails, etc. The pricing is very reasonable and included all supplies. I highly recommend Carlos Mendoza Painting.

I was in need of a professional paint job at my very old condo. Carlos responded quickly and on-time to my call for an estimate. He explained the needs of the job effectively. We scheduled the painting to be done within one week of the estimate. After the painting was finished, he made sure that I was happy with the job before payment.
