Description of Work: As part of an annual $99 contract which includes 3 different inspections, this was the heating system check-up. The $300 was to clean a blower fan found in need of same. Lloyd was helpful and professional, explaining his recs in detail, not all of which we accepted. Berkey's techs are very good. The only problem is if a major replacement is needed, the proposed price seems quite high.

Description of Work: One of our a/c units had stopped cooling. Turned out to be a busted compressor which was replaced by Berkeys immediately as they had the piece in hand. Problem was identified and fixed quickly and cooling restored. Very satisfied with the work and the response.Price *MAY* have been a little on the higher side but worth it given the quick response time and solution.

Description of Work: There was a small gas leak requiring them to check all the lines throughout the house for leaks. They pressure tested the lines both in and outside the house. They found several leaks, repaired them all and retested to make sure the problem was corrected. They were very thorough, professional, and answered all our questions. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They provided annual check-up services as well as replenishing supply on freon for 2 seasons. We also had them quote out doing an update on the HVAC system to ductless - pricing was way too high.

Description of Work: They were offering a free check up of my water heaters. They told me they would have to be replaced soon, but did not push by saying the job needed to be done today. I received a price for replacement. Might be a bit pricey, but they do good work. Berkey's did not disappoint. Reliable as usual.

Description of Work: Kitchen sink was stopped up. I guess after 10 years of use I was not surprised. I called Berkey's and they came the same day. He had to clean the line all the way to yard. Now we have our sink back.

Description of Work: I had to have an old hot water tank removed and a new tankless installed. They did an outstanding job as it was quite the feat taking the old one apart and removing it. Altho Berkeys can be more expensive, it's totally worth it for the professionalism and a job well done. We have used them many times in the past and they have always done a great job!

Description of Work: I purchased the BAM contract from Berkeys for $99. As it turns out, this is just a license for them to come in your house and inspect AC & Heating systems. They don't do any work. One of my ducts had come off of the unit and they wanted to charge me $200 to reconnect it. I did it myself and it took 15 minutes. I will never do business with these guys again.
