Their technician was a no show.
Description of Work: My air conditioning unit was not working, so I called Berkey's the next morning. I was given a window between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm. I took a half-day off work and waited. I was in contact with their dispatchers several times, each time being told a technician would be here in about 30 minutes. At 5:00pm I called another company, and the owner came to my home himself in 20 minutes. Once he was her it took him less than 5 minutes to determine the problem and make the repairs. After waiting for them most of the day, I never heard from Berkey's again.
