Description of Work: !The service advisor did a heating tune up for both of our systems. He recognized that one filter is not doing as good of a job as our other system. He showed me the difference and he made his two recommendations. Did not push me to make a decision.

I will continue to use Berkeys for all of my needs from now on. Fair price. Much better than most Plummer’s. I didn’t feel like I got taken like in the past with other companies. Thanks Berkeys!!!!

Description of Work: I have a serious water flow problem in my house. I did not want a technician as this problem is so complex it has defeated many Master Plumbers. Based on tests done by the City I have evidence reviewed by a professor at UTA that I had a residual pressure problem. When I called I spoke with a Master Plumber Jerry Smith who took the problem seriously and came up with the tests similar to what the professor proposed - he was extremely knowledgeable and I was very impressed. He said he would send out a technician that he felt might be able to solve the problem. Unfortunately the technician arrived and did not understand the problem. Prior to his arrival I had had a Master Plumber visit and run some tests which involved removing the water meter. When this happens there is an improvement in the flow rate but still not to the optimal level. When the technician came the matter so overwhelmed him and kept looking for a solution he could solve rather than think outside of the box or review the tests suggested by the Master Plumber Jerry Smith. He left and told the Plumbing Manager everything was fine - including the need for us to replace our non-functioning water heater. When I called I discovered that Jerry Smith had left the company and my case was closed. I am left with a slow flow water problem and a broken water heater. If the problem requires a simple fix they can do it - anything complicated is beyond their scope.

Description of Work: Had a clogged kitchen drain. Keith showed up on time, did a great job, and made sure my clog was gone. Price was as quoted, and work is guaranteed.
