I felt comfortable with them coming out to my home. The technicians were uniformed and the best thing was that they were able to come and to do the service the same day that I called them.

They were good at getting back to us to address any problems or questions that we had. They were very friendly and efficient. I don't feel comfortable giving the price but it was very reasonable.

There was a problem with the heat not turning on and the repair man showed up promptly after my call to them. He found the issue was minor, due to a door not closing, thereby causing the short. He did not charge me for this repair. While he was here, I signed a service agreement which covers three visits a year, one for the air conditioning, one for the heating and one for the plumbing to cover the regular maintenance and check the systems. I recommend them as honest and trustworthy. The price listed is for the yearly contract.

He is awesome. They have great customer service. I called about the problem and they sent someone the next day. He is easy to talk to and he called before he came out. They are a little expensive. He cleaned really well and answered all my questions and explained everything.

The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and performed the work in a very timely manner. No pressure to have the work done while he was here.

Made the appointment with Berkey's to perform a furnace tune up, as they had installed the unit. The technician, Rick R., showed up on time, put on his "booties" and headed to the attic to check the unit. I observed him remove and clean more parts than I knew a furnace had! He explained what he was doing as he progressed. I then asked him if he had the 5" thick filter on his truck. He showed me that the filter, at a cost of $79.45, didn't really need replacing yet. As we bought the house in 4/06, I elected to go ahead and get a new one, which he had in his truck. He did not attempt any upsell. As the experience went so well, I bought a yearly maintenance agreement with Berkey's for $99.

They're very reputable, did quality work, hauled off all the stuff they'd torn out. They were here all day long and worked without a break to get me A/C.

THEY WERE ON TIME. I HAVE A VERY OLD HEATING SYSTEM. IN THE PAST, SOME OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE COME BY TO DO THE SEMI-ANNUAL SERVICE HAVE BEEN VERY AGGRESSIVE ABOUT IT NEEDING TO BE REPLACED NOW. HOWEVER, DAVID PITT IS VERY LOW-KEY AND PROFESSIONAL. I DO HAVE AN ESTIMATE FOR A NEW SYSTEM NOW AND HE DID REFER ME TO CONSUMERS REPORTS TO CHECK ON THE SYSTEM THEY WERE RECOMMENDING.

THEY ARE PUNCTUAL, RELIABLE AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARE ABLE TO DESCRIBE THE WORK NEEDED TO A SENIOR CITIZEN IN LAYMEN'S TERMS. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT THEM. THEY DESCRIBE THE WORK NEEDED AND THE COSTS PRIOR TO DOING ANY WORK.

RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO MY CALL WHEN MY A/C FROZE UP. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. HE GAVE ME TIPS ON HOW TO KEEP MY A/C CLEAN AND HOW TO AVOID FREEZING UP AGAIN.

VERY GOOD WORK WAS DONE FOR US. THE REPAIRS HAVE LASTED AND I'M PLEASE WITH THE WORK.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR QUICK RESPONSE. THEY REPAIRED OUR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT QUICKLY AND TO OUR SATISFACTION.
