They're very very good. They recommend repairs, but don't make you do anything. They make sure your home is very well protected and they're very informative. And they don't leave any mess behind.

It went well - they were concerned about the price for us, but it needed to be fixed.

It was a super job. It was outstanding the people were always on time and extremely knowledgeable incredibly knowledgeable. Very friendly to work with and competitive in price. Just a joy, quite a surprise I was tickled to death.

They were the fifth plumber I talked to. Berkey's was very professional. He took his shoes off every time he walked into my house. He put on booties. He did what he said he would do.

The plumber from Berkey's did a beautiful job! It should have been, for $412.88! I had no idea that repairing a leaky faucet would cost so much. In addition, I have gotten quotes on replacing the drywall for $150.00 and $134.00. It took him about one hour to complete the work, plus 20 minutes for the paperwork.

They give a very accurate quote and live up to their quote. They installer was prompt and provided a good product. They completed the job in the time they said and cleaned up before leaving.

I have used Berkey's for many jobs over the past few years and they have always done an outstanding job. The installation of three tank less gas water heaters went extremely well as usual. The job was done right the first time.

We've had so many service calls over the years that it's hard to separate them. We did have a new air conditioning system put in from stem to stern. They were quite concerned about fixing the baffles just the right way for our convenience. They also convinced me not to go to a larger unit, saying that they could cool our long, stretched-out house by setting things right and they did.

They have installed everything in our house. We've been able to work with them without any problem. They are here when you call them. If you have an emergency they come immediately. They follow through quickly and are very professional. They are very reasonable.

They brought the replacement parts with them. They explained what they did to repair the toilets to me. They are polite and thorough. I think they are knowlegeable and I am always impressed at the level of service I recieve.

They came and looked at our air conditioner. They said that it didn't really need anything done with. They gave me the estimate and said that it was fine. I plan on using them in the future.

The weather was getting cold. It was late in the day and I needed my gas heat going, although I could not keep the pilot lit. Berkeys was scheduled to come out. I was the last customer of the day for the technician that came by. He noticed the problem in about a minute. He then disappeared to his truck for about 15 minutes, wrote up an estimate, and came back in; $330 for the part and replacement ($5 part at Lowe's I discovered later). He was in my face trying to get me to sign, as if he was saying, "I WILL get your business, regardless of the expense". I signed over, especially because of the cold weather ahead. It took him 3 minutes to replace. I later asked a friend about this (who worked for the company they merged with). He said that these techs need to meet a certain $$ amount at the end of the day. Incidentally, I was the last one on his list. This makes complete sense now. Consider these guys 50% salesmen, 50% technicians. Plan ahead and call other companies in your area.

This is a high quality company with an excellent and skilled workforce. The entire job was completed within 2 days. Everything was done as promised and I am well pleased with the service and the company.

Two neat uniformed English speaking men came during the window when they were expected. After a few minutes they determined that the switch in the attic for the heater had been inadvertently turned off by a previous repairman (roofer). The cost for a service call is $69, but if we purchased the $99/year service agreement they would waive the $69 payment. We enthusiastically signed up for the annual service, since we have 5 separate units. We highly recommend these guys.

Joe showed up right on time and got to work. He found the problem during the annual inspection, so he knew what to do and got right to work. He did the outside work first, then took care of the work in the attic on the heater unit. He let me inspect the work before he closed everything up, and also sealed some loose duct tape with putty to stop air loss at no charge.

They were very prompt and clearly explained the options.

Came out and couldn't do it. He seemed inexperienced and couldn't help us. He spent 30 minutes trying to sell me on a maintenance plan. Didn't end up fixing the disposal.

We signed up for their yearly service plan and they are coming out in a few days to repair and service the unit. They were very prompt and thorough.

I did not have a real good experience with them. We went four days without air before they got it running again and it was the middle of summer. They are more expensive than other places. They came two or three times continuously trying to find and fix the problems. The good thing was they didn't give up and they continued coming on the weekend until it was resolved. The unit is working good now and that is what we are happy with. We no longer use them as we have found someone else we are going to start using.

I really thought this guy was trying to rip me off when he came out. I am very handy and do a lot of repairs in my home and I think he didn't realize that I knew what I was talking about and so he tried to take advantage of the situation. He was trying to sell me a lot of services and things that I did not need and was very fast talking and pushy. He also lied to me about rebates that I would get back on some of the services, so I decided not to go with him.

I felt comfortable with them coming out to my home. The technicians were uniformed and the best thing was that they were able to come and to do the service the same day that I called them.

They charge entirely too much for their service. The quality of the work that they perform is poor as on a previous service experience I had with them, they installed a hot water heater that not only cost me 1200 dollars to have installed but when the inspector came, it failed the inspection. As to the leak, they came 3 separate times to my home and never found a problem and I had to pay their service fee every time. They were however prompt and on time.

We read reviews about them on Angie's List so we thought we would give them all call. They were friendly, responsive and honest but just too entirely high. They wanted to charge us $3600 for purchasing and installing a new unit but we couldn t afford that. It turns out a friend is doing it for about $1800.

There was a problem with the heat not turning on and the repair man showed up promptly after my call to them. He found the issue was minor, due to a door not closing, thereby causing the short. He did not charge me for this repair. While he was here, I signed a service agreement which covers three visits a year, one for the air conditioning, one for the heating and one for the plumbing to cover the regular maintenance and check the systems. I recommend them as honest and trustworthy. The price listed is for the yearly contract.
