Almost one year ago Berkey's installed a new air conditioning and heating system in our home. At the same time they installed a new hot water. Both projects were successfully completed by their outstanding technicians. We are now satisfied customers of Berkey's yearly maintenance program for our air conditioning/ heating, plumbing and electrical needs.

The new AC unit did not work correctly. It took 5+ appointments and multiple phone calls to get a new unit. Berkeys technicians are good but company follow up is severely lacking. Two appointments occurred after 10 pm. There is no appointment time commitment; you just have to sit home all day. I’m still waiting for the paperwork and written warranty two months and multiple phone calls after installation. Very disappointed.

Technician showed up when expected. Took precautions (e.g., mask & booties). Listened to issue we were having. Diagnosed problem. Quoted solution and quickly and efficiently got us up and running again. Even showed us how to prevent issue from reoccurring. Final price was same as quote and payment was smooth. A/C has been running without issue ever since.

Excellent. Not only did they fix the problem they also recommended steps to prevent reoccurrence and install a feature to diagnose future sewage problems.

The Service Tech arrived early (a plus in my book), was quite knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing each step of the way. Definitely value added to the company being represented.

The work and professional attitude was exceptional ! The electrician claimed everything he was doing. It was a long, hot day for them but they never complained and worked efficiently and got it all done in a day. Would definitely recommend them for any electrical service!

GREAT!!!! They sent out their resident specialist on blocked drains and he sure was an expert. He cleared up the drain and made sure it was clear for sure before he left. He (I think his name was Clayton) was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them for any other plumbing needs as price was more than fair as well.

The technician was the same man that came last summer in 2020 to put in a double clean out for our bathroom drains because of excessive roots. He was amazing then. This summer our system stopped up again and he was able to remove the roots. He showed us the camera view with all the roots and then again when all the roots had been removed. While he was here we needed both the front and back faucets replaced because they were damaged in the storm in February of 2021. He was able to replace both faucets without having any difficulty. He quoted us a price for all this work AND took the multiple coupons Berkey's had sent us over the year. He was professional and knocked on the door each time he had to enter and also wore shoe protectors in the house as well as wearing a mask. We felt so comfortable with his work ethic and describing every step of the process. He was able to complete all the work within an hour. Very, very please with his work and the Berkey's customer service on the phone.

Been waiting for months for them to repair a cracked pan on a brand new AC the installed. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. They send texts they will be coming and never do.
