Description of Work: I will start with the fact that I avail myself of their BAM plan. Yearly winter & summer tune-ups for the HVAC, plus an annual plumbing inspection for $99, well worth it. Since purchasing my home less than a year ago they have replace my washing machine faucets, fixed a crossed-threaded drain on my kitchen sink, connected the water/ice for my refrigerator, re-seated a toilet that didn't go well as a DIY project and replaced my furnace, AC, ductwork. |All of the work was a bit pricey, you are paying for the prompt service, pretty trucks and uniforms, everything that comes with a big company. I don't want to tally up exactly how much I paid. But I made my choices and went with them on these items, some of the smaller stuff, I just didn't have time to get other estimates. |Now when it came to my water heater, I couldn't swallow the $2400 price tag, so I went with a small, licensed, local plumber who did the job for less than half the price. Also extremely happy with how that project turned out. |In the future I will call Berkeys for the big stuff, but will stick with my new found small contractor for things such as leaky faucets. |

Description of Work: Installed electrical outlet to support hot water return (also installed by same vendor) to bathroom faucet in order to have practically instant hot water at that faucet. Installed as described during the prelim site survey; works well; installers were knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Repaired the transformer and found an open ended wire that was causing the transformer to go out.

Description of Work: Replaced ice maker emergency shutoff valve. Replaced emergency shutoff valves under both sinks in the master bath. Installed new faucets in both master bath sinks. Alfonso B. was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Even though the job lasted into the dinner hour on a Friday, he took the time to make sure he understood another problem in our kitchen so that he could seek a solution the following week with their supplier. He got under two more faucets and a sink and took pictures and measurements. I really appreciated his determination to do the job right and completely the first time as well as his willingness to research a solution to a problem we threw at him the last minute.

Description of Work: They showed up and took care of the problem in a very timely manner. It was an "off" day during an "off" time. We would call them again in a minute.

Description of Work: Evaluate for a possible water leak (Pressure check the lines and viewed drains), Identified leak in Kitchen drain. Provided options of repairs. The tech provided reasonable solutions and causes. The price seems a little high but then you are paying for quality work with a company backing on the repairs made. They did a very clean cutout of the old kitchen cabinet and wall board where the leak was coming from and made it easy to repair once they completed their work. They kept the area very clean as they worked and kept me very informed of what they were doing and why. I think this is the first time I've been very comfortable with someone coming into our house to make repairs and know that when they left I can depend on the work done correctly.

Description of Work: My AC was out and was repaired but the main inquiry was for a new system. I will put the new system in and a later date, but I am definitely using Berkey's.

Description of Work: We use Berkeys Air Conditioning and Plumbing. They replaced our air conditioner and they serviced it as well. We have a contract with them so they come out a couple of times a year.

Description of Work: Repair was fine. Replaced a faucet in the laundry room that had leaked for several hours, creating a wet wall, etc. Problem came when they recommended a repair company for the dampness that was under investigation for corrupt practices in the state of Texas. After discussing possible approach to repairing the dampness, I made additional calls and found they were shady at best. I will never do business with Berkey again or at least will never have them do more than the plumboing work.

Description of Work: Our upstairs cooling system is old and some parts are no longer available, but we hoped to not have to replace it completely. Berkeys was willing to go the extra mile and spent two days piecing things together. That was one year ago and it stills works perfectly!

Description of Work: Slab leak. Tunneled under driveway and repaired leak. Discovered the pipe was paper thin so had to replace the entire section of pipe.

Description of Work: I used the services of Berkey's Air Conditioning & Plumbing just to check my Air Conditioner if everything was working right.

Description of Work: They assisted me with a home inspection problem, and went out of their way to help resolve it, even when it turned out to be a non plumbing problem. I will definitely use them in the future.
