Andy’s Sprinkler Drainage & Lighting

Excellent. Andy's was fast, professional and efficient. As a result, my lawn is beautiful because it has no more brown spots or standing water killing it. The "story" is short and sweet. They came,they inspected, they gave us an estimate, we accepted; they performed the repairs right then and there; we liked, we paid and everything is AWESOME! We plan to use them again next spring (if not sooner) for a lighting project.

I thought they could have spent a little more time here. There was nothing really outstanding, but it was fine.

They helped me recover half the costs because of their detailed report of damaged from another contractor. They were very personable, likeable and a good team. They were very punctual and efficient.

They were fantastic and they did wonderful work. What I really liked about them was that they showed up when they said they would and they had all their equipment on their truck. They did a nice and quick job. I have already recommended them to all my neighbors, and I would absolutely use them again in the future if I had the need.

Pretty good. Extra repairs needed. Missed a couple faulty sprinkler heads.

Was fine. Nothing extraordinary. Would not use again as there was no value added. Ours was working fine with some brown spots, but they were unable to help with that.

They arrived on time, Martin was professional and courteous and the final cost did not exceed the estimate.

Called Andy's on Monday.Arranged an appointment for Tuesday.Crew arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule.Work completed same day.Accurate estimate for work provided.

They had the system up in minutes and proceeded to check the stations and made repairs. They were running short on time and were unable to troubleshoot the station in question which was the original problem but assured me that they would return the following day to complete the job. I had originally been so happy with their swift response time and professionalism that I wanted them to do a repair job for my sister who was needing work done on her system. The receptionist said she would check with the owner and call me right back. I never got a call back so I called again the following day and she apologized and said that she would speak with the owner and call me right back (again). She never called back. The following day the repair person did call as he said to tell me that they had other jobs but that he would return on Monday to complete the repairs. I told him about the 2 calls I had made regarding my sister's property and that no one had called me back. He apologized profusely and said that he would see that she called me back. I have never heard from her or from him again. Tomorrow that will have been a week ago. My lawn is severely stressed from the lack of water and I am now trying to find another irrigation company that can repair the system. I am just shocked that a company that appeared so capable, professional and together would turn into such a horrible failure for me. I cannot recommend them and would warn anyone from using their services. They will not return calls and they will not return to finish a job. It has been a week since I filed this report and I still have heard nothing from this company. They have not called me nor even responded to this complaint. Is this the kind of business you want doing work for you? ***FOLLOW UP*** A manager followed up with me after writing my review and has satisfied the situation. I would give them another opportunity in the future.

They were on time, courteous, and very fair on charges for extra work done outside of the 'special' price..

I have recommended them to friends and family and they have already used them. They were great and I worked with a Matthew Chapman and he was great to work with. I did have trouble getting him to respond to me up front but after that it was good.

I submitted a request to Southlake as part of their Wise Guys program to have a free evaluation of my water irrigation system. Andy's Sprinkler was identified by Southlake as a participating provider to perform this evaluation. The office manager for Andy's was punctual in contacting me to set up an appointment in a timely manner and accommodated my request for an earlier appointment due to current issues with the water irrigation system. I scheduled off of work to be present for the scheduled evaluation. On the day of the scheduled evaluation, the representative from Andy's called at the end of the window time they were supposed to arrive to notify me that they were running late. They showed up an hour beyond the time window and unfortunately I had another appointment and could not be present when the evaluation was performed. After a week went by with no communication, I contacted Andy's and specifically requested an itemized quote. The next day I received a quote that was not itemized. Since the quote was significantly higher than what I expected, I contacted the technician again and requested an itemized quote. A month went by and no response from Andy's. I contacted the technician again to request the itemized quote and copied the office manager on the request, who assured me that I would be receiving the itemized quote shortly. After another two months went by, I reached out to them again with no response or effort to correct their unresponsiveness and poor service. I have since abandoned any efforts to obtain an itemized quote and have no explanation for their lack of responsiveness, as I was prepared to spend money to upgrade and repair my irrigation system. I have retained all of my communication with Andy's, so any attempt by them to refute this incident would be ridiculous. I recently had another licensed irrigation service provider come to my residence and mentioned the quote from Andy's, they asked if I was replacing my entire system for that much. When I said no, this was just for service and repairs, they laughed and said it was outrageous.

They were right on time, price was competive, worked quick and clean, They checked all my heads to make sure thery were working correctly; I was impressed with the service and would use them again.

Pete arrived with two guys and two more gave over shortly after. I walked through the problems, showed him, my concerns,and explained what we needed, and he and the crew went to work. He came back a few minutes later, showed me his interpretation of what needed to be done, told me their plan, and after I agreed they got started. It took about 21/2 hours but there was a lot to do. They really did a great jobin that anmount of time of increasing my watering efficiency and helping to reduce waste and expense. I am very pleased two weeks later with the results. I paid a fair price for the work I had done, and it was done quickly and cleanly.

my experience with Andys Sprinkler , Drainage , & lighting was a pleasant one. Secratary in office was pleasant and scheduled my work as ineeded. Workers called 1 hr before arrival and spent no time getting to work on the obvious problem ( 1 broken sprinkler head broken by mower) located all heads, tested system by zones, ( found two sprinklers that needed extentions and fixed them ),found one joint leaking, fixed it. reprogramed the system for me.I was verly pleased with the experience of the crew. I will use ANDYS again as needed.

responded to my request in 2 days, ran the system, checked the operation of each head, repaired 2 of them, all done in less than 2 hours.

I was blown away by the professionalism and the experience of working with Matthew and his crew. Crews worked diligently thru the heat with long days and superb workmanship. New french drain exceeds my expectations in terms of depth of cut, lining materials in the trench and around the drain pipe proper, amount of river rock in trench and spread across surface (to create impression of walkways/paths), and overall visual impact of the finished product. Even the modifications to the existing drain work which was installed by others, looks great and corrects all of the known deficiencies with the earlier work. The Crew left the property spotless each night and washed down the entire area before declaring the job complete. I liked the fact that Matthew Chapman (area manager), and the work foreman worked the entire installation with me to check on the work done and my satisfaction. Top notch experience. Highly recommended. Great company to deal with. Would use again without question.

These guys were great. Bob (of Andy's) provided a clear explanation of what it would take to solve the problem (standing water on the patio) and provided a written estimate for the work via email by the end of the day. There estimate was very competitive. They won the job based on the time taken to explain what was needed to correct the problem. They showed up on time and completed the job efficiently. Bob came back a few hours later to ensure the job was done correctly.

I called for an estimate for a sprinkler system and was told, in a rather short tone of voice, that they were so busy that they couldn't even think about getting to me until September. By the way I was spoken to, I felt that I was an inconvenience to them, and a customer should never be an inconvenience to a business!! I was really disappointed based on the wonderful reviews they had gotten. UPDATE: I didn't remember the name of the company and inadvertently contacted them at a later date for a quote. They came out promptly, and gave me the best estimate I had gotten so far. I ended up using them and saving a substantial amount of money by doing so. They were able to use parts of my original abandoned system, upgrading, and installing more. The system works great and I couldn't be more pleased. Their customer service on site was stellar. Lesson learned - first impressions are not always correct!

Prompt, professional service. I had previously use a different company which did not adequately fix system. Andy's sprinkler Co, repaired previous work and completed job in timely manner. I will use this company again.

Our contact, Matthew, was perfect. He delivered on time everything we asked for. They were extremely friendly.

I can't compliment Matthew and his crew enough for the professional job they did for us. They delivered everything as promised when they promised it would be completed. When Matthew heard we were having company, he came out in the rain to finish up some work ahead of schedule so that it would look nice. Matthew went above and beyond - we can't recommend them strongly enough so as you can tell, we're very pleased with their work.

There was a leak in my front yard. In Novemeber Bob came to fix the broken connection. After about one month there was aleak in the same area. Again another broken connection but in a different spot. A week later there was another leak at another connection - at that point Bob decided to replace all the connections in that area. The problem is now gone for about 3 months and still going. This sprinkler system is about 10 years old.Bob was committed to getting this leak resolved and after the first visit - he decreased the labor charge. The leak was in a different spot each time and was not related to the area they dug up. I felt the charge was very reasonable and Bob showed me the location of each leak even though it took 3 attempts to resolve the problem - I felt the charges were reasonable and he was committed to fix the leak.

Two repairmen from Andy's showed up at the time that was previously agreed upon. I went over what problems I was having with the sprinkler system and they went right to work. A short time later they rang my door bell and explained to me the issues I was having. It turns out that it was a very easy fix and it had already been completed. They also replaced a few of the sprinkler heads for a very reasonable price. All in all a great experience and I was especially happy with the low repair cost.

Bob Webb and his partner were there on time. After going over the yard they told me exactly what was needed and approximately how much it would cost. I gave the ok to proceed. They did a great job and even though the final cost was a little higher than they originally estimated (there were some particularly stubborn roots around one of the heads), I was very pleased with the results.
