I have been using UHCS services for the longest time and am very pleased with their quality of work and promptness. During emergencies, I can always rely on their fast service and professionalism. I have purchased my heating and cooling units from them with excellent installation at the lowest cost. They have solved problems with my heating and cooling that no other company was able to.

Bait and switch. I spoke with the owner and gave complete details of the number of AC units as well as vents. I expressed to him I do t want any surprises and extra charges. He assured me he does not operate that way. When the tech arrived the $278 quote went to $2600. These people are a scam. I asked them to leave and wasted $278. I will never use Angie list again. I have lost all confidence in this source.

My dryer vent was cleaned and then he noticed problems with my chimney. After taking pics to show me, my chimney was also cleaned and repaired. I will call United again. They are professional and thoughtful. I am in my 80s and I was treated with respect and kindness. This is not always the case with for us "old folks".

I hired this company to fix my flue, which never works when I need it to. I also hired them to clean my chimney (which really did not need it since none of my prior tenants ever lit fires in all the years I have rented it out) While the repair person, Adam, was extremely kind, considerate and very pleasant to have as a worker in my house, he did not fix my flue. He jiggled; it and said that is all I needed to do. That was about a week ago. Since then we have had extremely cold days and I could not get my flue to close no matter how much I jiggled it. All the nice warm air has been going up my chimney and the rest of the house is freezing! I should have just taken a few hundred dollars and burned it in my ice-cold fireplace!

He cleaned my chimney and did a great job. I then asked for him to check the roof part of the chimney and he did, later I received an estimate for $2,100.00 or more to fix and paint the chimney. Of course this is outrageous for the work required. Sad, he did not tell me his method of business. Didn't ask him to paint the house, just the wood on the chimney. :(

Arrived On Time: Very Polite: Did a Great job of Cleaning our Ducts which had not been cleaned in a very long time. Two men did the job. Always wore the booties over their shoes when leaving the house and coming back in. I would recommend this company to everyone.

After cleaning out my home s vent system....which will have a significant impact on dust and bug activity....Duct Doctor left my home smelling beautifully lavender!!! I certainly would and will recommend them!!!
