they charged me $600.00 for 15 minutes of work which they told me would take an hour. All they did was paint some black stuff around the outside of chimney. They spoke to their manager on the phone in another language which I could not understand when discussing what to charge me. Their were red flags all over the place but they got the best of me.

The guys did thorough, quality work cleaning the many air vents in our home. The job was quite extensive - the guys worked continuously for over 5 hours. They took care in protecting the floors and furniture around the areas of each vent cleaning. They cleaned up each area after the duct cleaning process. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Nice people to work with, but their time schedule is not solid. They promised to be back at a certain time and were always late. They worked diligently when they were at the job, but the technician seemed to be overwhelmed by the problem. They did however, adjust the cost accordingly.

It was a bit expensive, but considering it had never been done since the house was built in the 80s, it was something that really needed to be done for the health of our family. It was well worth the cost. We have only lived here 5 years and for the rest of the time we live here we will be doing business with United Home Services! Highly recommend them!!

These were some of the friendliest service techs to come out and inspect the dryer vent. A little on the pricey side but service is excellent

When they did a quick inspection we found out our vents had never been cleaned by the previous owners. They were able to completely clean the vents and blower out quickly. They took before and after pictures to show us and it was a night and day difference.
