Pleasant, kind & professional. Very careful about keeping house clean. Thorough top to bottom inspection of chimney needing cleaning. Even inspected chimney at roof but; unfortunately, we have too many medical expenses to have them do all they recommended; did do deep clean since hadn t done in years and great work! The technician, Steven, was an excellent representative for the company. He explained everything that need to be down and then completed the job exceptionally well. He explained everything and provided pictures of the before and after. He really represented the company well and would certainly recommend him anytime.

very pushy for price, pushed me hard for the up sale of things it didn't want. Kept telling me that I had to get this or worse things would happen to my system. Not sure if this would a company that i would call back for doing work.

Showed when they said they would. Very sales-y. Could not fully explain what was going to be done. Seemed irritated by questions. The original quote was $99 for inspection and clean (basic clean) Inspection took less than 3 minutes and we were instantly quoted $300+ dollars. Which would have been fine had he been able to fully explain the process. My husband countered the price to $200, he had to call his manager which took less than a minute, and came back exclaiming his boss approved. While we are still questioning the process and the length of time he began covering the TV and mantel with plastic. This deep clean we had to have took less than 30 minutes. He needed to narrow a trash bag to dump soot out of the shop vac, and the now used plastic. But left the bag on our mantel. We also discovered the all the things he covered with the plastic, had soot all over it. Yes, I have pictures. We paid him and he left. I don't feel like we understand what the process was, or what the condition was before or after. He took pictures,but never showed or explained. We are hoping this was just a bad sales and customer service, bad day experience. But until the weather turns and we can use the fireplace without issue we wont know.

Amazing. Steven and Daniel came today to work on my fireplace. They fixed my fireplace, clean it, and also fixed my flashing. They were friendly, efficient and also went above and beyond on making it look like new again. I highly recommend them. I have had two other companies drop the ball and almost lost hope. Thank you for a Wonderful job. You're the Best.
