Went very smoothly.

They ran a brush up my chimney, borrowed my shop vac to clean up the suet and left in 30 minutes with $100. Not bad for 1/2 hour.

Seemed like a bait and switch deal. Quoted price turned into a price 10x as much. However, after seeing what was in the ducts I went ahead. Residual dust needed to be cleaned after he left. He did a good job of cleaning them and we would use them again.

I felt like they just wanted to have a foot in the door with the $129 basic cleaning quote. I did not know they would try to upsell me and upsell hard. The other quotes I received for a more thorough cleaning were over $2k.
