If you need your air ducts cleaned these are your guys. Professional prompt and quick from appointment set-up to completion. The tech that came out sent photos of all the junk in the ducts (there was a lot) and followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. Use these guys... they are the best!

Not only did the crew clean the ducts, but was very attentive and knowledgeable of the problems which contributed to the affected ducts. They made sure that we understood what their services included and explained each step of the process. The crew also did a great job cleaning the registers, entrance ducts and replacing the filters (provided by the owner). They also provided proof of work with before and after photos. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with United home cleaning services. Everything looked very clean and smelled fresh.

Ease of use. Easy to schedule, worker came when supposed to, work done efficiently.

They were really nice with scheduling and were able to come fairly quick to inspect and sweep for a fair price. They came during a potential ice storm and still braved the roof during the visit to perform the inspection. They cleaned the chimney and stated it was clean and good for use. They moved the grate outdoors and proceeded to show me the fire hazard I potentially had with a breakdown of the mortar and the $275 cost to repair. This is where the miscommunication came into play and I understood that the large gaps were the fire hazard. I had him perform the repair with the product (fireproof caulk, basically) and approximately a minute later he stated he was done. When I asked him about the big gaps I thought were the issue, he stated those were supposed to be there and the little work he performed was $275 because of the material used. So $433 later, I have a clean chimney and I feel had.

The tech was on time and was able to make all of the repairs needed same day. No hard sell and we are completely satisfied.

The technician was prompt and friendly, cleaned everything up when finished. I can't judge if he did a good job as I didn't go up on the roof but from the photos he took it looked good. The cost seemed a little high but then everything is climbing so quickly now its hard to know. Overall I was very satisfied.

Do not hire. You WILL spend at least $1500. Angry at myself that I did not research them and instead trusted Home Advisor.

They were quick and came on time in August. Problem is, they talked me into mold remediation and installing UV lights. I wrongly assumed they would be doing this in a way that WAS NOT to cut a HUGE HOLE in the side of my heating system and then literally duct tape it shut with a little piece of insulation. I did not find this out until a week later when I went up to the attic for something else (he had shown me pictures of it being complete and nowhere in the pictures was a huge hole). Fast forward to winter temps...and my heating system keeps blowing this hole open, resulting in a huge gas bill while my house was still struggling to keep warm. Would not reccommend it. Ruined a perfectly good system that will cost me about $10k to replace.

They were quick to respond to my quote request. They scheduled a visit timely. They were on time. They were expensive.

$99 chimney sweep special turned into $200. Said I would be sent a receipt and never received.

Very responsive to questions and scheduling. Upon arrival, pictures were taken of the fireplace before and after work was done. Exterior inspection reflected additional work is needed. Having pictures of current condition is very helpful with our decision making and timing of repair. The estimate with the pics was emailed while on site. Very professional.
