TRIPLE J'S DOOR INSTALLER

He never called or showed up since coming over initially to assess the job. That was 2 months ago.

The price was okay; it was fair. He did good but the only thing I would have liked him to do was to put insulation around the frame of the door where the gap was when he converted the back door into the double door, which he didn't do. He also didn't use matching caulk; he used clear caulk but it worked out. He was friendly and worked around my schedule.

It went well. he arrived punctually and did the work professionally. Very polite and reliable.

There were a few great reports on this company, and one "F" because he never showed. Unfortunately, that turned out to be my experience as well. When I called the owner he sounded glad I'd called and said he was working in the area and would be here in the evening. He never came. That was three days ago and he hasn't called to follow-up. Fortunately, I used another company and had great results if you'd like to check out that report.

Never came over for an estimate!

My initial phone call required leaving a message. received a phone call back within an hour. Came out that same day. Very professional and pleasant. Got right to the job at hand and let me know exactly what the cost would be. Gave me a day and time. He arrived on the day and exactly the time he said he would. Got right to work and completed the job. Left everything neat and tidy and did a beautiful job on what most carpenters or door installers would consider difficult. Was so professional and courteous. Most definitely will hire again.

I called Joseph yesterday morning (8/04) and explained what I needed. We discussed time options according to both our schedules and decided to touch base today. He called this morning, was in the area and came by to assess the job. We agreed on the price and he came back at 5:15. He left at 7:00 and did beautiful work!!

It went really well. I was very happy with him. He is very trustworthy. We had gotten three different people to get estimates from and he was the only one who really gave us an estimate. I was very comfortable with him in the house. He was very prompt and good at returning phone calls. It was overall a great experience. I will probably use him again.

Joseph came and estimated the work and he and another worker came and did a great job. We had talked that morning about filling in the holes of the wrongly cut side; they did an amazing job! You would never notice the holes. He also stained some of the work that wasn't part of the initial agreement because he had the matching stain with him. This is a great company!

His work was excellent and his price was excellent. He's a clean workman, one of the cleanest I have had out here in a long time. He's a lovely young man who is gracious and gentlemanly. I give him a big gold star with an A!
