Description of Work: They cleaned carpeting in three bedrooms,two baths,and one long hall, as well as 11 small/medium area rugs that were either wool or synthetic. They also cleaned upholstery on 4 chairs and cleaned our dryer vent as well. We were very pleased with the results. The person who performed the service was knowledgeable, took his time to do a very good job, and explained any areas that required specialized attention. Having used a company that employed the "dry" cleaning method for the last two carpet cleanings, with poor results (and customers beware, that company gets A ratings on Angie's and I have no idea why), we were exceptionally happy with Coit's. Of course, as all homeowners know, it takes about a week after carpets are cleaned and walked on for one to know how good a job was done. But so far, so good! I do think the price was a bit high, but we were willing to spend more to hopefully ensure excellent results.
