Description of Work: The service was great in terms of punctuality, and presentation. The tech was personable and comfortable to be around. My only complaint was that carpet was saturated and when it finally dried, the texture was a little more rough or stiff, than prior to cleaning. It's softened back up but I will definitely be more specific if I use them again. I added on quite a bit, having furniture cleaned as well. That was all fine.
