Description of Work: 2 rooms & hallway. This is the 2nd time I've used Coit carpet cleaners and will continue to utilize their services.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned kitchen and entrance hall tile and grout and sealed the grout. It was the BEST tile cleaning we have ever had. Owner's son performed the work and explained every thing he did.

Description of Work: Employees argued entire time. One even listed the others name as an inappropriate on the receipt. Discolored my carpet AND put a hole in it. I was asked to 'text' photos to TWO different numbers..I did. Was told TWICE that someone would be back out to assess the situation.I even cancelled appointments and made sure I was reachable. Noone ever showed. Nor did they call. I'm left with a red stripe on light carpet and a hole.I will NEVER use them again, will not recommend and will alert others of their inadequate service.

Description of Work: Jake arrived right on time prepared to do the cleaning and sealing of granite counter top but the condition of my counter top was not such that sealing would achieve the desired result. Jake was very honest about the problem and what would be the likely result and we agreed cancelling this job would be the best plan. Hopefully I will be able to use their various services in the future. I am very happy with this company. Problem was strictly due to condition of my counter top.

Description of Work: We used COIT to clean our Dryer vent. They were punctual and professional and the cost was less than the estimate. We will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets for a 4 bedroom house. The house previously had renters who did not take care of it. The carpets were incredibly stained with grease, blue paint, red dyes and all kinds of dirt. In about an hour, they were able to get 95% of it out of the carpet. The blue paint and red dye were gone. There were still a few spots left but it was incredibly better than I ever thought it would be. The price was a little higher but they were much better than other companies we've dealt with.

Description of Work: We bought the $99 carpet cleaning deal, because we have dogs and the carpets smelled so bad my husband thought we had to replace it. I thought we'd try this first- so glad we did! They did such a good job we added on some additional larger area rugs and the stairs. Let me be clear- they did not upsell us, it was so effective we asked for more to be done. The carpets look and smell great!

Description of Work: Cleaned office and master bedroom carpet. Quick, clean, and very professional. This is the second time I've used Coit and they've got a customer for life!

Description of Work: They came out and looked at the grout, they explained to me that what we needed to have done they cant do, The owner came out a couple days later and checked to see if he could do anything. He couldn't.
