Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in the family room and on the stairs. The carpet had been through a rough time with a rescue dog that had left stains everywhere. They did an absolutely incredible job! It was like new carpet. No stains left whatsoever. I cannot express how happy we are with the service. They arrived right on time, were courteous and did a fantastic job. We will be using them again in the future.

Description of Work: The COIT technician arrived as scheduled, but had problems with the equipment. He said he would have to reschedule to use other equipment. Their office called later that day and scheduled a follow up visit for the next day. The technician again arrived on time, cleaned the carpet in three plus rooms and was done in about three hours. The cost was exactly as quoted prior to the work.

Description of Work: Bought a coupon off AL for 3 rooms. Of course the guy tried to upsell/spot treatment/etc and I said no. I was impressed he put plastic protectors around the corners of the furniture so the hose didn't hit, wore slipper and had a badge with his name on it. Did a great job and carpet looked good when he was done.
