Description of Work: The "deal" was for 3 rooms and a hallway for $115. The price was listed as 50% off. The man who did the work did a good job. A chemical was used to spot-treat before cleaning, and it had an orange/citrus scent. The scent, however, was just a mask, and evident beneath that "scent" was a disagreeable chemical odor that lingered for days and days beyond the drying time. Thankfully, I have an air filtration device in my bedroom which I had to run 24-hours a day for a several days, but the other treated areas were subject only to fans to dissipate the odor, and that took well over a week.

Description of Work: They came in, measured the rooms we needed cleaned and said the two would be all he could do for the price as the fine print said total square footage and our rooms are large. So we had him do those rooms and no more. Really the ad should say x square feet for x dollars. Not number of rooms.

Description of Work: Bought this service as a gift for my mom. They were punctual and courteous. They had a problem with their equipment that left lines in the carpet. Called and explained issue and the owner said he knew exactly what happened. He came out with additional equipment and re-cleaned all the carpets. Excellent service and results!
