The off-white berber carpet in our family room had several unsightly spots and was generally in need of cleaning. Paul arrived on time, treated the spots, and did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpet. When I made the appointment, I mentioned that I am an Angie's List member, so Paul gave me a discount. Before he left he asked me if he could show me how much he could improve the appearance of the grout in my kitchen floor by cleaning it. Based on his demonstration, I scheduled an appointment.

I scheduled this appointment because Paul had cleaned a small area of grout as a demonstration when he came to clean our family room carpet. I got way more than I expected! Not only did he clean the grout, but the process also cleaned the textured tile beautifully. It looks like a new floor! After cleaning the floor and grout, he applied a 5-year sealer to the grout. Also, since the hose he used had rested on some carpet he cleaned a couple of weeks earlier, he recleaned the carpet in that area.

The owner came out promptly (one day) after I called and gave a free estimate. He measured and gave an estimate for cleaning rugs and also cleaning the grout of our tile. Included in the price was the discount Coit offers to Angie's List members. It was actually several weeks later when we had the work done. We decided to have only carpets cleaned. Their employee phoned to say he was one the way and arrived within the window of time given. As well as the agreed upon areas, he cleaned an approximate 2 ft x 15 ft. strip of the living room carpet (right off the tile) gratis because it had a few spots. He was friendly and did a good job. We don't get our carpeting cleaned frequently because there are only two of us in the home, so "traffic patterns" are still noticeable, but I was expecting that. The carpeting is nine years old. We were pleased with the freshened and cleaner look. We can no doubt get more wear from this carpeting since Coit cleaned it.

Coit was knowledgeable about all of the jobs. They were so well informed about the stone and were able to use the proper sealing for the job. They immediately picked up on problems that resulted from a previous service provider, and were generally very well informed about the other jobs as well (especially the dryer vent). They came at the time they said they would, provided a free estimate, and their price was just right for the job they did. In the end, they actually completed the job more quickly than they expected. The owner, Ernest, is very pleasant.

They did a very good job and it was at a reasonable price. They showed up on time maybe even a little early. Everything was done to my expectations and we had no problems.

We were very pleased with them. They did a great job at cleaning the rugs; they look great. The job took them about 2 weeks to complete because they are busy but we had no hurry to get the job done.

Arrived on time, explained the procedure and also gave us a great discount. They finished faster than anticipated and I was very happy with their work.

He is honest and quick to respond. He's pleasant to work with and upbeat. He's diligent and for the many years he's done service for me, I would never use anybody else. He also does a great job of cleaning carpet. I have brand new carpet and he'll be the one maintaining it as well.

When I first called Coit I called them by mistake, but since they were already came to my home I decided to let them go ahead and clean my carpets. They cleaned my bedroom two bathrooms and my living room. They did a good job but that smell of the product that they used was overwhelming. I left my home and came back and the scent was still in my home. I liked the way the carpets looked but I would not use them again in the future.

I enjoyed the service from Coit most of all, because they re-hung the drapes after cleaning them. They were very professional, prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend them to others.

We needed our carpets cleaned before our move-in and had only one day to get it done. They worked very hard to get us scheduled. They cleaned our entire house -- four bedrooms, hallway, stairs, living room, dining room and den. We have cream carpet that had several icky stains from previous owners. They got out more than I thought they would and things look great. After move-in we had a walkway area that looked bad again after having tons of movers tromping in and out. They came back and re-did that area without charging us.

I've been using them for the past 5 years because they do an excellent job. I have very large home with a lot carpet area to clean. I also have a doberman pincher which can make the carpet cleaning a tough task than in other homes. I'll certainly continue be using Coit again and would highly recommend them to others!

They are excellent. This is the second time that they have cleaned our carpet. Both times, we had Jake do it. They are efficient and attentive to detail. All stains were removed. They moved the furniture. Karen is very nice on the phone.

I do radio commercials on KTSA for COIT. For about 10 years I have been telling people that COIT ''does a better job than most of us knew a carpet cleaning company was capable of doing.'' I have had many people agree with me, and not one complaint, ever. This is a family-run franchise where the owners are there working every day. Not the cheapest, but the best bang for the buck and trustworthy regarding stains, rare and expensive carpet weaves and fabrics and (ugh) pet stains.

On time, honored a discount from 2 months ago I remembered getting but did not have a copy of. Very clean and professional worker. Will not use anyone else in town anymore.

Coit did an excellent job working with care concerning furniture, baseboards and walls. This work shouldnt be confused with the $75, three room offers. The work was hard and took 3 hours. The representative was friendly and professional. Our choice of Coit was a neighbors recommendation.

Coit Services was a lot more expensive than other carpet cleaners we have used, but the quality was excellent. They got our carpet looking brand new. I would definitely use them again and I would also recommend that anyone else use them. They were great.

We've been using Coit for several years and like them very much. They move the furniture and replace it carefully. They pull up all stains that they could because of our animals and clean the heavy traffic areas well. The carpets usually dry overnight, though they can take up to 24 hours. We like the workers they send out.

Coit Carpet & Upholstery did a very good job of installing carpet in my home. I was real relieved because the last time I had carpet installed, it only lasted three years. This crew did a good job stretching the carpet and I can't see any seams. The fibers are good.

COIT HAS BEEN DOING MY AIR DUCT CLEANING WORK FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH THEIR PERSONAL. THE WORK IS DONE VERY EFFICIENTLY.
