Excellent from start (estimate) to finish. Very professional. My only complaint is that the cleanup after the job could have been a little more thorough. However, I think that the job consumed more time than anticipated and that left little time for cleanup. Nonetheless, a very satisfactory experience all around.

Earnest from Coit came to my house to give a free estimate for air duct cleaning. He called ahead and showed up right on time, even though my home is notoriously hard to find. After checking my vents and unit, he told me that the ducts did not need cleaning at all. What a concept, for a service provider to be honest enough to NOT take your money when you don't really need their service! Earnest is aptly named.

It was excellent. The gentleman was very professional in the way he protected our carpets with the footies. He was very professional. He gave us an estimate upfront and had us sign off on it beforehand. The price was reasonable. We would absolutely use them again.

They did an excellent job. I was told that if COIT can’t get the stains out then nobody can. The carpet now looks brand new. I will use them again and I will call them before I call anybody else. I even got a coupon on their website.

The two men who came to my house were prompt and came at 9:00 am. They completed what was expected to be a full days work by 11:30 am. At the time of the estimate they set very thorough expectations such as clearing all furniture tops as furniture would be moved to clean the carpets. The estimate and the amount I was charged was based upon the square footage of my rooms if they were completely empty. However, after inspecting their work no furniture was moved with the excepton of a chair and all of the carpet cleaning was done around my furniture. The carpets are clean now in the areas they addressed however the price I paid does not match what was actually done. I would not recomend this company to others. You can go with another company who does equal the work and for a reasonable price.

Coit cleaned my carpets and floor tile, applied stain guard to the most traveled areas of the carpet, and sealed the grout on the tile. I'm very pleased with the results. Precautions were taken to protect the walls/furniture from the cleaning equipment. The technician arrived on time, provided an estimate for all services, and was friendly and professional. Cost for cleaning tile was a little higher than I anticipated but it is labor intensive.

Someone came out promply and saw what needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable quote. On the day the work was to be done two very professional young men arrived, on time, and proceeded to do the work in a timely manner. I am very pleased and will use the company again.

They were very good. I recall that they were indeed very professional and concerned with our satisfaction. Some people just come and do the job and leave, I didn't feel like that at all. I felt like they tried to make us happy.

Their cleaning of the floor tiling and grout in 2 bathrooms made the floors look new. The pet stains and dirt on the carpet in the house were completely removed. The carpet looks great. The runners also are great!

One of my dogs scratched a hole in the carpet. I received quotes over the phone of $150 and $125 from two other companies but neither could make a service call today. Coit would not provide an estimate over the phone but had an employee in the area. He arrived in approximately 30 minutes and gave me a quote of $75.69 including tax. He patched the area with spare carpet I had in the attic. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I've used them three times. They did a really good job, but I don't have anything to compare it to. They do hand sealing of the grout and they do it individually which you pay more for, as opposed to other companies that just put one product down over the whole floor, which is not as good. They have also done the carpet and the only thing that I noticed was that they don't do next to the baseboards well enough for me. I used a number of other companies and maybe it is because they weren't doing it when the carpet was new and over the years it has just gotten to where they can't clean it good. The guy I used to use was excellent, but he just got to be too expensive. The charge for the carpet was around $200. In researching tile companies COIT is just about like every other company. Their personnel are just extraordinary. They are very, very nice and very nice to work with. I was very, very satisfied with them as a company. Their price is excellent. I have found that other fly-by-night companies that charge like $99 for three rooms just don’t hold up. I can’t say enough about them. They are a really good company.

There is no way in the English language I can praise them enough. My cat went on spots that other cats that had lived in my house before had peed on. They came back five times, but they eventually got the smell out.

We made an appointment and our preference date was available. Coit arrived on time and spent a little over two hours at our home. We first posted on Coit in 2006 and they have cleaned our carpets in the fall for the past four years. Each visit has been a good experience. The technician is thorough, friendly and professional.

He got out several spots. When I asked him if I could use my Angie's List coupon, he said yes, but that he might be able to give me an even better price. He actually did. I've used this company before, and they've told me if any spots come back, they'll treat them again.

The two chairs were black with body oils. Coit worked hard to get out the grime. Our chairs look new again. This is the third time Coit has come out to clean our carpets. Each time was a wonderful experience. One time a stain reappeared a week later and Coit came back out right away and this time it stayed gone for good. It turns out that we had more than likely walked on the spot before it was completly dry. We are very pleased with Coit. Thank you Coit !

They came back 5 times to clean it and they got everything out. They were very gracious. Their price was higher than some of the others, but their quality was worth it.

Jake, the cleaner, was very courteous, professional, and efficient. He included an extra rug or two at no cost.

The overall service was great and I was pleased with him. He was punctual and did a good job on the carpet. Comparatively he was a little over priced but it was fine.

They do a very good job of cleaning the carpets. The people who come out are very professional and friendly. They are very up front about the cleaning. If there is a stain he does not think will come out completely he will tell us about it before he does the cleaning. We have no concerns about having them in our home.

Recently moved into a home we purchased and sellers had a pet which left some spots on the carpet in the master bedroom. They were supposed to have it cleaned for us but didn't. I chose from this website due to reputation. They arrived as planned and took less than an hours to complete the work. I tried to use the coupon but a minimum charge of $85 was charged and therefore the coupon was not accepted.
