The advertisement was misleading. I only had area carpets that needed cleaning and they would not clean them. Said it was for wal to wall carpet only. The square footage did not matter.

Paul did a great job. He was extremely informative and didn't try to sell us anything extra. He performed the job we asked, with great quality and gave us advice on other cleaning projects (stuff we can do, not hire out). He even saw pet hair on our wood floors as he was heading out the door and vacuumed it up!

They were able to remove all the spots that had been in the carpet for some time and I was unable to remove trying to spot clean.

I had purchased the service through an Angies list special so I was happy with the price. I was impressed with their appointment setting process. I was contacted by email within three days. I provided them with three dates when I would be available to have the cleaning done. They chose the soonest date which surprised me because I know they were busy. The serviceman arrived on time, was friendly and did a good job.

It was a good experience. I had them clean an additional area and that was an additional $100. The price was good.

I had all my tile and grout cleaned and sealed on my first floor of my condo. The worked was done very professionally and looks great. I used an Angie's List deal for 300 sq ft and paid extra for the additional 134 sq ft.

It came out just fine. The price was fair and the quality was good. They got the job done in about an hour. They came when they said they were going to come and did the job they said they were going to do. The scheduling was easy. They sent one man out to do the job.

Worked me into the schedule. Trisha did a great job with trying to squeeze me in. If your flexible they will work with you where they can. Jake showed up and was very informative on the process. BTW, the process is awesome! No brushes. They use 1800 PSI suction to remove the dirt from the tile and grout. It works. Resealed the grout lines. The areas look great. Thank you so much for the quality job and professional service. They also can restore cultured marble. Jake and I discussed the options. He was very knowledgeable.

They did a very nice job and the technician who came out went above and beyond by cleaning the large game room and stairs along with the bedrooms and hallways.

Jake from Coit did an excellent job measuring out the areas that we would be eligible for under the big deal, cleaning the areas, and then sealing them. The tile/ grout looks excellent a few months since the process. He also provided quotes for getting other tile areas in the house cleaned and sealed

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out perfectly. The person who came out did everything he was supposed to do and took care of everything. He was very good. The customer service gal I worked with was great. He came a day early, due to a mix-up on their end, but it was fine with me. He said he would come back the next day, but I told him it was not a problem. He was very professional.

Provider arrived on time. They also called ahead of time letting me know when they were going to arrive. The operator was efficient in his set up and got down to business immediately. The results were great and he also provided spot treatment recommendations.

He did a fantastic job, was very professional and we will be contacting the company after the holidays to have the carpets cleaned.

Great service. Offered earlier service call when the schedule opened. Arrived on time. Professional. Carpets looked great. Perfect for moving out condition. Stains gone and the carpets looking good as new.

It looks like I have a brand new floor!!

Booked the deal on Monday, December 2nd. Per Angie's list stated "provider will contact you no later than Wednesday, December 4th. I received no call. On Friday December 6th I left a message for Coit during business hours and have not received a return call. This was a great deal and I am sure they have received tons of requests due to the holidays. Since I have not heard from them I have to assume that my requested service dates will not be honored. One has already passed.

I have used Coit before, so when I saw another Angie's List coupon, I didn't hesitate to buy it. Paul arrived on time and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in my living room, dining area, bedroom and stair landing. He gave me several tips to keep my carpets looking their best. The carpets look great.

They cleaned the carpets at one of our listings (we are realtors) and it turned out great! The carpet was really bad and when they finished, it looked like new carpet. Very impressed!

They did a fantastic job! The Big Deal was great! The people who came out are very personable and the owner is very nice. I have used them forever so I'm very familiar with them. They are the only carpet cleaners I use. I have used them about 4 times now.

It went very well. The man who came out was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He estimated correctly on the amount of time it would take to complete. We ended up purchasing a bit more ($178 extra) because our tile exceeded the Big Deal. He did a great job. It was a lot of work. I was very pleased. It was kind of expensive to have it done, but it really made a difference. He also explained to me the best way to clean the tile which was very helpful. It was well worth it.

They cleaned the carpet in 4 rooms, took out all the stains, and put on a sealer. It turned out great! They were quick and on time. There were no issues with the dry time.

he did not tell me he had put soap on tile so I walked in slipped and went down when I found him yep he was outside on the phone. I think he over chardged on all work that I had done that was not with my angie deal. I would warn anyone to watch the work being done and beaware they are not going to tell you what they are doing to your floors. one rug was totally ruined. not a happy person and had to have carpet redone so it felt right. cappy sanders ps this is my first time to complain on any vender that was used with angie's list
