They were extremely professional, early(they called 1sat to let me know they could come early), and courteous. My carpets are 17 years old and was not sure they were worth cleaning. While they don't look new again, they are presentable for another year or so.

I have used their services previously for other services for about two years. There were no complications in scheduling the appointment and they were able to come out soon after purchasing the deal. The work was great and they completed it in a reasonable amount of time! I will be hiring them again in the future.

Paul first came to our house a few weeks ago and treated our carpet. He was very professional and knew a lot about this problem as he also owned several cats himself. He advised that it would take about 4-5 days for the enzymes to work. Unfortunately there was still some slight odor left so we called Coit back and they came out within 2 days. Paul re-treated the same areas plus a few more that he found around the baseboards areas of our front room but used a stronger enzyme this time. This stronger enzyme seemed to work and Paul also told us about a product that we could use that would deter our cats from doing this again in the future. There was no additional charge to come out to our home a second time and we really appreciate the time, effort and information from Paul to get this issued resolved.

My mother was very pleased. It was one person who came to do the house. He was very pleasant and professional. He was there a little over 3 hours and did an excellent job. She was disappointed in the last company she used, but could not say enough about how great the carpets looked. I found the company very easy to deal with over the phone. I took care of everything over the phone, as I do not live in San Antonio. Next time we need to clean the carpet, Coit will be the first company I call. The house was located in Leon Valley. When Coit Carpet Cleaning and Restoration came out, they got the stains out immediately. I was so happy with their work that I had them also clean the interior of my car at very reasonable rate.
