EXCELLENT. Others had proviously done our carpets, Coit, by far, provided the best results. I put a "B" on price because they were NOT the lowest price 9we had gone with lower price providers before), but the results were absolutely superior- This is a fine example of "you ge twhat you pay for"!

They were great. They got the job done in about 4 hours. They sent one person out to do the job. The scheduling was fine and we did not have any issues.

Tech worked long and hard to get over 1200 sq ft of carpet cleaned. We had Aladdin clean our carpets last time and the cost is comparable (this is with Coit's "40% off" deal, so I'm not sure how much of a deal it really is). This company doesn't put the styrofoam blocks under the furniture, so hopefully it didn't cause any damage to the wood. Service was performed over 24 hours ago and there are still places where our carpet is still damp. I'm not sure if it's healthy to have the carpet staying moist for so long (mold growth, etc.). It is crunchy in the places where it has dried, but I'm sure that will go away after it has been walked on for awhile. It does look clean and smell fresh!

Great. My area that needed cleaning was much larger than allowed by the coupon, so the provider offered me a different service more appropriate for my needs. And since I did not need the coupon, I could get a refund for the amount paid since I did not use the coupon.

We did not use this provider. The Big Deal was not as expected so we were refunded. Updading this review to have it removed from my queue and not a reflection on company.

I was very happy with the results, I had two upholstered chairs that had never been cleaned, the technician cleaned them very well as well as cleaning all the carpets. The floors and chairs looked like new.

Based on our dryer repairman telling us a blown fuse in the dryer was likely caused by a backed up dryer vent, I went on Angie's List and found a special through Coit Carpet Cleaning for a vent cleaning. Paul was our technician and when he saw he had a big job prior to my 11am-1pm window time he contacted me at 8am to let me know he would be on the later part of my time window. He called again when he was enroute and arrived close to 1pm just as he had estimated. Paul was one of those guys every company engaged in customer service should have. He was extremely personable and a great representative for Coit. After completing the work he offered to show me how much lint and debris had been collected in the machine. It really wasn't all that much so the dryer problem was likely caused by something else, but I didn't mind having the service since we built the house 9 years ago and the dryer vent had never been professionally cleaned. Coit does carpet and grout cIeaning and a number of other services as well I believe. I would definitely use this company again and would request Paul as my technician.

They were excellent. They were here when they said they'd be here and they did what they said they'd do. All in all we were very pleased with the work but not so much with the price. It's very expensive comparing the price with others who have done this, I guess everybody was telling you it was expensive.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They did a nice job of cleaning it. They put protection covers on all the chairs. They did a very good job and the areas were covered completely.

I have had my carpets cleaned several times over the 14 years I've been living in my house. The service Coit Carpet Cleaning yielded the best results by far. Carpet looks very good a couple weeks after cleaning. Very happy with the work they performed.

This company was outstanding, working to accommodate homeowner's with family member coming home from hospital. The serviceman was prompt, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. After removing set- in stains and cleaning, the carpets and chair looked brand new. The individual performing the cleaning was efficient and professional and also provided lots of information on what could be done to eliminate some of the allergens in the air to help alleviate my family's allergies.

The owner came out and he gave me the quote and not only did he give me a fair quote but a 40% discount and then called his company and said my guys can be here in 1hr. I was shocked. I was very pleased with how friendly the two guys that came out were. Just a great experience all together.

Coit Carpet cleaning service gave me a window of tim ebetween 2 and 4 and arrived approximately at 2pm. Very courteous and extremely professional. In the past my wife has hired Stanley Steemer (based on name and reputation I guess). In my humble opinion the carpet was cleaned more thouroughly than the numerous times SS provided their service. Additional stains SS claimed they could not remove were removed by Coit. The service was basically a waste of time and money for me to have the carpet cleaned because two days after purchasing the deal I decided to remove the carpet and hace laminate placed throughout the house the next week (DOH). However, Id recommend the service as the wife was pleased

It went really well! Ive used this company before finding them on Angie's List. They did a great job. The dryer vent was a fire hazard and they did a great job getting all of the lint out. They also found that the vent was open and that birds had started to build a nest. They dealt with the bird issue and got everything fixed. Every time I've called the company, they have given me excellent service. I would definitely use them again.
