We were very pleased with the service we received from Coit. The cleaning technician arrived on time and completed the job in the time frame promised. He did not try to sell us extras such as carpet protection, etc., which my husband and I really appreciated. However, he did spend some time explaining to us how our marble floors should be cared for, and explaining the additional services Coit offers should we be interested in the future. We also really appreciated that since home ownership is new to us, and we really aren't very knowledgeable about cleaning and taking care of natural flooring, area rugs, etc. We would definitely use this company again in the future!

It was terrible. I called to confirm the appointment, and they called me back the morning of the appointment to reschedule me 3-4 weeks later. I wanted this done before my husband returned from Afghanistan. I ended up canceling the deal all together. The lady had so much attitude – she didn't offer any other dates or compromise. She basically said I could take it or leave it.

This was an Angie's List deal. It took a month or two of calls back and forth and messages on both sides before we actually got together. The appointment was scheduled and the techs showed pretty much on time, given traffic conditions. They immediately set up with their equipment while I explained what I wanted them to do. I had discussed this with the woman that I spoke with on the phone. Instead of doing two rooms and a hallway, I asked them to do traffic paths instead. They agreed and proceeded. The deal specified that staircases would be extra, so I paid that fee. They did not put protection under furniture legs. The carpet was very damp when they finished. The techs were arrogant. I would not hire them again.

They did a great and thorough job. For the price, you can't beat the 50% off.

There really aren't very many details to talk about other than the work he did. I went back to work on my computer and let me go to work. I looked in on him a couple of times and he was very busy at the job. When it was done I signed off on his ticket and we visited for a few minutes. He was very personable and very interested in my satisfaction with his work. Nice man.

We did have to pay extra for extra square footage. The rooms that were cleaned were quite large. The only problem we have is that the stains from some exercise equipment didn't come out. The rest of the carpet looks great. Thanks, Coit Carpet Cleaning!!

I used an angieslist deal to get our carpets cleaned. Coit was prompt and did an excellent job. The technician was knowledgable and professional. Would definitely use again.

We purchased the big deal on Tuesday, May 27th and called Coit. They scheduled the work for Thursday afternoon May 29th between 2 and 4. Paul called us when he was 30 minutes away and arrived at 2:15 p.m. He examined the 3 rooms with wall-to-wall carpet and the stair landing and gave us a thorough overview of the process and explained how he would treat the spots and traffic wear. Paul worked quickly and efficiently; and thoroughly removed the coffee, grape juice, wine and chocolate milk spots as well as the darker areas in the doorways. The carpet looks as good as when it was installed 3 years ago! We will definitely call them for future carpet cleaning.

I have paid for the service already, having responded to their special offer for dryer duct cleaning. No one has contacted me at all. I even sent an email to the email "contact us" for Angies list asking for help, and no one contacted me from there either! I'm very disappointed, not to mention aggravated. Now i will have to dispute the charge to my credit card, plus i still need the dryer vent cleaned.

I have a 3100 sq ft house, with 8 rooms plus a stairwell that needed to be steam cleaned. The technician showed up 5 minutes early!!! He explained every thing very well as he measured the rooms. He (Paul was his name) even helped pick up a lot of the toys and stuff that would make it difficult for him to clean. He did the entire house in about an hour and a half. My carpets look nice and the dusty smell is gone! I would absolutely use them again in the future! The price, close to $450 was high, but I did have a significant amount of work done. I think it was a "fair" trade.

Very well. The carpet looked gross and now the home is fit to lease without apologies.
