Ernest and Paul were great. Prompt, professional, and knowledgeable most characterize their performance of a job well done. We appreciated great tips on maintenance. They were honest about any unnecessary services. We highly recommend COIT and plan to use them again.

I cannot say enough about the job Coit performed on our home. They were able to complete the whole job in one day. Our house is 3800 sq feet with all tile down stairs and carpet up stairs. The tile looks brand new and the sealant protecting the tile and grout has a beautiful shine. The carpet while new look fantastic. The house was built in 1999 so had ducts cleaned. They took the time to explain the process and show us how the system work. While the cost was on the high side if you want the best and want it done right Coit will do the job.

It was good in all . The owner and the new owner came out to completed the work I would not use them again as there has been a change in ownership and when I called to see about getting this subsequent work completed they never called me back.

Team showed up on time and were professional and polite. The steam method they used did not get the carpet as clean as I would have wished and it left it very wet. They did not put any protective blocks under any of the freestanding furniture, which left imprints. They did not move any furniture to clean under it.

The individual who steamed cleaned our carpets did a professional job. The house smelled very clean when the provider finished. He was right on time and was friendly and professional. We would use this company again. Nice work.

Overall service was satisfactory, There were several high use/transit areas that required special attention - these areas did not come out as clean as I expected.

They did the best they could with the cleaning. I will likely have to get new carpets, but they did as good as I expected them to do. The dryer vent cleaning went well, and they cleaned up perfectly. I have their magnet on my file cabinet and I'd definitely use them again!

Arrived on time, did excellent job, best ever on carpet. Carpet dried faster than other cleanings.

The gentleman who came to the house was on time, very professional and very helpful in explaining the best way to clean and protect my tile and even offered tips about carpet cleaning. He steam cleaned a relatively large section of tile in the foyer and kitchen, as well as the master bathroom. He then sealed all of the grout. He was very efficient and clean and friendly and the tile looks amazing!

The technician arrived on time and was knowledgeable about carpets. I have 2 dogs and he explained that do coats have oil which gets into the carpet and attracts the dirt. He spent a lot of time doing the job and now I have nioce clean carpets.

Jake arrived promptly. He did his work in a professional manner. He took time to answer our questions. He removed all debris and trash. He left our house clean and in good order. We would recommend him highly for his professional service.

It went well. Scheduling was very easy. They called me, set up a time, and were here at that time. They did a great job on all of the rooms except one. They told me that the Italian flagstone tile was going to be an extra $800 to clean so we didn't get that done.

Tech was very professional, answered all my questions. Had new hi tech equipment.

We purchased the service for 50% off 3 rooms/hallway, but our house was much larger than that. We thought we would get the discount on part of the house and then pay for the rest. Turns out that would have been considerably more expensive than using the company's current 40% off special (since the Big Deal can't be combined with other offers). The contractor got in touch with his supervisor, who assured us we would be able to get a refund from Angie's List, so we went ahead and had them do the work at their "regular" discount rate.

The person who did the cleaning called and came a little earlier than scheduled. He explained the procedure as he worked. He was professional, pleasant, helpful, and careful around items that weren't moved.

I was happy I hired Coit Carpet Cleaning and Restoration - San Antonio because I'd been so reluctant to use another carpet cleaner. The last time we used a carpet cleaner, the stain was removed and a few months later it started to reappear. With this company, the stain has been completely removed and after four months, it is still invisible. It looks great. He even said that for the price I had paid, he was able to clean my stairs. I thought it was very thoughtful of him to volunteer that work without me asking or having to pay extra. I'm very pleased with the work he did. The company even followed up after the service call to make sure it went smoothly.

Per Coit service personnel, the promo (3 rooms and 1 hallway) does not fit on my house because its bigger and there is a fine print under this promo as well. Coit do it per inch where they charged you per measurement. No further comment.

The service went fine. We used the deal before selling the home. They did exactly what the deal stated and the pricing was competitive. We had used the company before and they do good work. They bring their own cleaning supplies and we had no problems scheduling the service.

It was good but it was not something that lasts a long time. They also recommended some additional things the help with cleaning. We were impressed with their recommendations. They got the job done rather quickly and did not make a mess. They explained their service and the benefits of their service as well as what to avoid and what we can do to keep the same cleaning effect. They were very informative.

Amazing! Heavy traffic areas are clean and bright again. Two mystery spots were banished and the carpet, overall, is very clean. The technician was very professional and protected the corners from the hose, with covers. I'm very pleased with the service and will use Coit Carpet Cleaning again!

The technican was really nice and very efficinet in the appointment. We had a good conversation about the air ducts. This is the second time I have used them. I really like they way they do business.
