Scheduling was fine. There was about $80 in additional costs which they said was due to the additional square footage. The quality of the work was fine. Overall, my experience with them was fine.

Quick professional response once I purchased coupon via Angie's List. No problem schelduing. I called to confirm time day before Technician arrived a little late, acceptable because he called to let me know in advance and was accurate on new arrival time. Quick through and satisfied with work. I would use them again.

We needed someone to come out same day, so we called and the office support was really nice and able to schedule and appt for that afternoon. Technician, David C, was available earlier then scheduled and called to see if we were available. He arrived at residence ahead of us and waited for us. David was professional and did good work quickly. Very pleased with everything about this company.

I am a repeat Coit customer. In the past I have had bath/showers in another home cleaned and re-caulked; air ducts cleaned and additional services. If the service is not part of Earnie Glenn's bag of items, I can count on him to give me a good/strong referral and those folks are usually on Angie's List as well! I have consistently found the level of service and performance of job outstanding. Regarding air ducts, you don't even want to use anyone else because there are so many different ways for this process to be done less well or done well for almost the same price with Coit! My floors look fabulous! My bathrooms look wonderful! Moving in to a previously occupied property I have the comfort of knowing I am starting from "CLEAN." I've been a customer for so long now I do not feel the need to "oversee" what is happening. I am confident the job will be done well and timely. He operates with complete integrity and cares about his customers. I appreciate so much the level of service Earnest offers and the comfort that comes along with it. He is always my first call now. You will not be disappointed by any work performed by the Coit Crew!

They arrived on time, and gave me a quote for the square footage over the deal I purchased. It was about a dollar a square foot for the portion over the 300 sq ft deal. My floors look amazing! Almost as good as when I moved into this house.

Carpet was really a mess thanks to a 4 year old and a dog. It looks new now. It is already starting to dry after just a few hours.

THE TECH, DAVID DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND EVEN EXPLAINED TO MY WIFE THE PROCESS AND THE NEED TO CLEAN CARPETS ON A REGULAR BASIS. SHE WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT WE WILL ASK FOR DAVID IN THE FUTURE OR WAIT UNTIL HE CAN DO THEM. THE CARPETS WERE INSTALLED 10 YEARS AGO AND CLEANED ONCE ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO. WHEN DAVID FINISHED THEY FELT AND SMELLED LIKE THEY WERE NEW. ESCELLENT WORK.

The scheduling process didn't go well at all. When I initially purchased the deal, I made a note requesting that I be contacted by phone to schedule, as I rarely check my email. I provided two contact numbers. The first call I received was the evening before the service, which I missed. The next call was the following day, from the gentleman who performed the service. He was on his way and wanted to know if there was a gate to access the property. I called Coit and was told (in a less than friendly tone) that they had emailed me to set a time/day. I checked, and they had emailed - but I hadn't responded to confirm the time. I wasn't at the property so I asked to reschedule - there wasn't much flexibility on that, so I called the cleaner back and he said he'd stop and have lunch, then head over. That gave me time to get a hold of my father to go to the property, since I couldn't leave work. If they had read the information I entered in on the initial deal purchase, this would never have happened. I'm surprised they'd schedule and send a cleaner over without ever speaking to the customer. The cleaning itself was fantastic. It was like a miracle. I don't know how he did it, but he made those dingy, stained up carpets look almost new. Per our request, he even did the edges (past cleaners I've used didn't and it leaves behind a dark dust ring around the perimeter of the room). It was a great value for the price - far less than replacing it, which before the cleaning I thought we may have to do! I would recommend them and would use them again - but if I do I'll be sure to call as soon as I buy the deal so there's no confusion. I'd give the actual cleaner an A+ for professionalism, his attitude was outstanding and he is highly skilled. The young lady I spoke to at the scheduling office had a pretty nasty attitude, which garners a D at best - hence the B grade given above. I gave a C grade for responsiveness because of the scheduling issues. The cleaner himself was very communicative.

The company did a very thorough job. The technician even took pictures to show me that the vent was completely clean. I would definitely use the company again.

When the technician came out, he said our tile is not good for this type of deal. They said I needed the floor stripped completely first and then cleaned. They are giving a discount on our total cost for this project since I had to ask for a refund on the deal.

They are efficient. They do exactly what you want. It is done in high quality. The quality of work is great.

When I had them upgraded it to really clean three rooms for me; he was very prompt and I did pay extra for that but they gave me a discount for it. It was a really good job and it made a big difference. They were professional. I wasn't reluctant when they came by. I was happy to see that coupon and I wasn't reluctant to pay extra for them to clean the grout. I was happy with the price that they have given me even with the additional work, the guy was very professional. I thought it would take longer but he just worked right through and put the furniture back. I was really happy.

I was happy with that. I haven't done it for a long time. It went well. It really made a big difference in the dryer. The guy was friendly and he did a good job. I would not have known that he needed to go out and do the outside too. He shared with me and showed me the paper from the vent. He was very forthcoming with information.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. They came on time and did a good job. I will use them again. Everything dried like it was supposed to. The rugs were clean and I have no complaints whatsoever. They were courteous and helpful. I even asked them if I could bring in my car mats and they did those. I didn't pay any more. The price was fantastic. They were very prompt. They got here when they said they would.

Fabulous job - Service tech gave me good recommendations as to what was needed and he even had to wait for the city to come turn on the water. Carpets looks great and smell great as well. Very pleasant to deal with.

I don't recall any issues with them. They worked in my kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and entryway. I paid extra for some additional areas that the deal didn't cover. They showed up on time too.

They did may be like three spot cleaning. My experience was great. They showed up on time and provided detailed information if there was any to do. They were in and out really quickly. I've used them probably like about two or three times already.
