+ -1 moreJan was extremely professional and friendly during the first visit, and when she came back about a week later to replace the window pane. She did the entire job herself and cleaned up very well when she was done. She was sure to let me know that it would take about 3 days for the caulking to dry completely, and that there was a 5 year warranty on the double pane seal. I was very pleased overall and would recommend Thad Ziegler to neighbors.
Description of Work: We had a pane of glass that had a large S-shaped crack in it, but the glass was still holding together. Jan came out from Thad Ziegler Glass and measured the window. She said the S-shaped crack was probably caused by the glass becoming overheated (we do have solar screens). She said she would put in the order for the glass, and it would probably be ready in 4-5 days.
