Very well. They showed up on time for both the estimate and repair. Were very professional and answered questions patiently.

There was a mixup in the beginning with them coming out to measure the window, but that was resolved and the work and product was good. I would definitely recommend them!

Received their contact information from a friends handyman. They answered their phone right away and once I told them what I needed, he said he couldn't get out to my house for another week and a half due to how busy he was with the work that resulted in San Antonio's heavy hail season and all the damage it caused. Told him I wasn't in a hurry-no broken glass that was affecting the house but really a leak in the double-panes we had causing condensation in-between them. He said if I gave him an approximate measurement of the window he could give me a rough estimate and if still interested he would then come out to get exact measurements. I liked his price so had him come out and measure and order them. I had to pay half at that time. Was told it could take 5-10 days to order and get them in and then get on their schedule for installation. It was probably a week later that I got the call that they were ready and we scheduled the install the very next week. Two guys came out and went straight to work. No fuss, no mess. Will definitely use them again.

The provider was very responsive and able to come out to evaluate and do the work same day. I was not personally there to oversee the work it went smoothly from what my parent's say. Price was on par with another quote I got but I still feel it was a little high for what work was done.

Fantastic! I called them this afternoon and they were here within thirty minutes. They quickly replaced the glass in a downstairs bedroom window in 20 minutes, under an hour from the time I called until they finished.....very professional.

We had several windows with the seals broken. South Texas Glass was able to order and install the windows in a timely manner. The crews that installed the glass were great! We placed our house on the market and the beautiful widows helped it to sell in 8 days! I highly recommend this company!

The adhesive that mounts my rear view mirror had come off. I contact them immediately reattached it with no problem.

Spoke with Wes -- he took my information and provided me with a quote for replacement. Said it would take about a week for glass to come in. Measurements taken same day and received a call about a week later to schedule installation of new glass. Totally satisfied with experience, timeliness, courtesy and service.

Could not be more pleased with door and installation. Price difference was scary, they were lower by a lot, but it was true.

The shower door looks beautiful- it took an extra week to receive it than they had previously noted but the realization is that you are working with "estimates". Installation was smooth and installers were very professional/knowledgable (and nice- that's important too!). Their pricing is fairly comparable with other company's out there that install shower doors & even got free coating to help with water spots on the inside of the door (with the coupon on their website- so don't forget to look there for additional deals).

Everything went well. Was provided an estimate during the initial appointment, put a deposit on the window, and waited. The next week, the new window arrived and was put in place. Price was a little high, but the extra was due to it being on the second floor.

Well it was amazing - and so simple. A very knowledgeable young man came out, examined the pane carefully, made notes and told me that the new glass would take several days for delivery and he would call me. Several days later he called me, came out and actually replaced the window pane on the spot. He had all the equipment to replace the pane: specific glass, insulating material and a vacuum pump to seal the glass. He replaced the pane and I'm good to go!

Came out right away to take necessary measurements. Scheduled the follow up service to perform the work and arrived right on time. Work was completed quickly, and correctly. I would definitely use again.

I contacted South Texas Glass for an estimate on Monday morning. I was provided an estimate and given an appointment for the following morning. The arrival time provided was between 8:30 and 9:30 AM. I was very happy about the small window of 1 hour, and even happier when the technician arrived during the allotted time. He was very polite and professional. He ordered the part and was back to install my new window later that afternoon!! Same day service!! I could not have been happier with the service I received and will absolutely contact them again. A++++++

I made one call and the technician came and replaced the glass the same morning. He was prompt, professional and now I know who to call when I need help!

From answering the phone in a timely and courteous manner this company did a fine job. The window repairman can in the time frame given, was fast and efficient and friendly. He got the job done right before the rain began to fall. I would use them again.

The transom glass was cracked and I finally decided to have it replaced. My neighbor highly recommended South Texas Glass, she was very happy with work they'd done revising her shower glass and the Angies list review were good so I called them. They were very responsive, came out to give an estimate at the date and time best for me. The cost was more than I expected but the glass was low E with embedded vertical and horizontal metal bars. They did give me the option of going with regular glass without the bars for a lower price. I decided to go with higher price replacement so it would match the rest of the house. It took a week to get the glass in, just as they expected, and the installation took less than an hour.

South Texas Glass showed up on time at the day of the appointment. They were very professional and quickly worked to remove the old window glass and replace them with new glass. It was cold and they took great pains to finish the work in each room as quickly as they could without sacrificing quality. I would highly recommend this company. Its a local company and they take great pains to be professional, courteous, and provide quality work.

Gave me attitude, told me I had to measure the window myself. Wasn’t professional or willing to help. When I pushed him on the subject, he told me the earliest appointment they had was next Monday between 8-5. They expected me to wait around all day for them to come do an estimate. When I pushed him on that, he relented and said between 8-12. It seemed like they were trying to discourage me from having the work. It has been resolved. They contacted me immediately. Job was done within the 7-10 days time frame. They were very professional.

When I called the man that answered the phone was courteous and told me the workman would be here and the price range to expect. The workman was on time, did a good job and acted in a professional manner.
