Description of Work: Got a ceramic window tinti job and there are bubles and creases everywhere. Had to remove it too drive.

Description of Work: They removed the tint from my car because the original job was to dark. After they put the new tint on and after it had dried, it was clear but had some slight rainbow effects that was noticeable (that wasn't noticeable when I had the original tint.) I did not contact them about it because I didn't want to go through the hassle of being without my car another day. They had kept it overnight previously. When I had it done by the first company, it was done within an hour while I waited. So overall I give them a C because the quality of the tint was disappointing. Otherwise...everything was very good.

Description of Work: My wife bought a 4 windows tint package from Living Social. I stopped by and showed the car and mentioned that we had the Living Social package. The person there looked at the car and gave me a quote for $80 to remove the existing factory tint (35% tint on all windows). I opted to remove it myself. After removing the factory tint, I made an appointment to have my car tinted. Upon arriving for the appointment, I was told that it would be an additional $50 if I wanted to tint the back windows darker than 35%. I told them that was outrageous and that I had just removed good tint to get darker. Nowhere did it state that the package was only for 35% nor did they say anything when I first brought the car to them. After arguing for several minutes, they agreed to put on the darker tint at no extra charge. The tint was put on ok. We will see how long it lasts. It felt like I had gotten a shake down for more money.

The technician explained the differences beteween the diiferent brands of window tinting available on the market and why his company used the one they chose. They explained the benefits of the darker shades and the concerns and guided me to the one that provided the best of all worlds.
