Reschedule several times tried to get me to pay for a tank that they know has problems with and charge me for it when it’s still under warranty. When I challenge them about why I should pay for something that was still under warranty the owner of the technician leave and I complete the service

We had noticed that we were no longer getting soft water and that the water pressure was not consistent.  We called and left a message during the weekend  Promptly on Monday morning, Kevin called to answer our questions and to review options.  He said that we could overhaul/service our old system or replace it with a newer, more efficient system.  He did not try to over-sell us a new one but we decided it was the best decision.  He said that another service call had been cancelled for the day so he scheduled us for 2:00 on the same day.  Rico arrived several minutes early.  He was very professional and courteous, stopping to answer all questions and to demonstrate how the new system worked.  He was able to complete the install in about an hour and a half.  We were very pleased with the entire process.

I've been using River City Water since 2004. They installed Reverse Osmosis and a new water softener system. They are a great company to work with. They always get salt delivered when I need it. Any time (which I can count on one hand how many times in that last 10 years) that there is an issue they take care of it immediately.

In February, we discovered a leak under our sink and determined it was coming from the original reverse osmosis system installed in 05/2004. I contacted River City to remove their old system and received a quote from them for replacement which would have to be done at a later date as we had some damage caused by the water.
They were prompt to come out to remove the system and prompt to come back out to install the new system.
We have used River City products since we built our home in 2004 and have had excellent service and believe the product is as good as some of the other BIG name brands in our city and certainly at a more reasonable cost. We have never had any problems with the personnel or service.

Kevin and his crew were outstanding. Arrived on time, briefed me on the exact work to be done and an estimate when the job would be complete. The crew was careful with the lawn when trenching (avoiding the in ground sprinkler system) and was meticulous about the water supply and drain piping routing. The piping through the wall into the laundry room looked like it had always been there. Kevin's attention to detail was evident throughout the job. After the install, I was given hands-on training regarding the water softener controller. I would highly recommend River City Water over having a plumber do this job since plumbers buy their water softerners from River City anyway. Why pay a middle man?

River City arrived on time and got right to work. He was friendly and informative. Once he had fixed the water softener, he assisted me with my questions and assisted me with replacing my previously purchased filters in my reverse osmosis system. He took the time to walk me through how to release the pressure from the system to remove the filters and tested my water for me without any additional charge.

Smooth. Since then, needed a new hose in July. $30. Original one had become kinked.

Digging Crew arrived 30 minutes early to run lines under the drive way and side walk. They also installed to hard water faucets in front and back yard. All the work was done to our satisfaction. Cleanup was very good and we received the Angie's List discount.

They were great! On time and easy to schedule.

The tech came on time and quickly completed the replacement. After looking at the broken parts and discussing the matter with the tech, I opted to replace the entire module (at a cost of $154) instead of just fixing the broken plastic wheel (a $13 part). It was clear to me that the plastic parts in the old control unit were brittle and it wouldn't be long before something else broke and I would be right back with another $89 service call. Even though it felt like I was being "up-sold" I still appreciated it. Better safe than sorry.

They provided excellent service and are great guys to deal with. I've only had one service call to them in all the years since the original installation and that was as professional a service as the original call in 1986. They maintain the service for me annually and they are a great company to rely on. I highly recommend them.

Excellent. My daughter was home to let them in. They accepted me calling in my credit card number to them over the phone. Much better than the official company rep for the water softener who obviously just made up an answer and left. Now maybe I won't have to change shower heads and faucets every time I turn around.

I discoverd the slow leak first thing in the morning. I called River City at 8:30 Am and by 10:00 Am they had a guy at my house. Terrific responsiveness. The repairman quickly found a pin-hole leak in the copper flex water supply line. He shut off the water and replaced both copper flex pipes with stainless steel flex piping. The whole job took 25 minutes. I appreciate the maintenance strategy of replacing both flex pipes at the same time so as to avoid a repeat maintenance call. The service call itself was $89, parts were $25...seems a tad pricey for the level of effort.

We had several bids and theirs was the cheapest and they were not pushy. They showed up as they said they were and worked quickly and left. I have recommended them to several others.

River City Water has been really good to us. They ve helped us out a lot and have sent out reminders and the workers have been great every time. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
