Rendon built our custom home in Timberwood Park. From start to finish, they did the entire job in less than 5 months. We purchased the property 18 months ago and were referred to another builder who was great but his prices were crazy. We also went to another builder who has an excellent reputation who did not show up to meet us in his office because he was meeting with a high-end customer. But he did not tell us he was running late until his secretary told us when we got up to leave after 45 minutes or so, we were through with him. We considered selling the property, we thought it was going to be too expensive for us. But a friend recommended we talk to Tony Rendon. We did that and are thrilled with what he did for the money. Tony's son, daughter and spouse are involved with the process, it is a family business. Quality work and very fair with his price. They worked 6 days a week very often so it was not a surprise they completed when they did. We built before and had a very positive experience. It was a very positive experience with Tony.
