Description of Work: Requested estimate repeatedly finally they sent someone out gave estimate we sent check for deposit and signed the agreement they set up appointment then failed to show up after calling and calling they finally answer and said they sent the check back and would not be able to perform the agreed upon work. It was a fence repair on a fence they initially installed. Entire process took about 6 weeks and the final outcome was I had to go with a different company. Worst customer service ever!! Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: I had used this company in the past & they responded well & did a beautiful job. This time however, I had an appointment for a bid but my appointment was canceled. I was told to call the construction rep direct but he never answered his phone and never returned my call. My original appointment was never reset. I was extremely disappointed.

+ -1 moreAlthough this was a small job for them, they gave me a decent price and did a really good job. We had seen part of their work at our neighbor's house and decided to contact them. They were very professional and were great to work with and we would recommend them.
Description of Work: They put in approximately 100 ft length of wood fence in our back yard.

+ -1 moreIt started out great, Sean was our contact and we were very impressed with his professionalism. We thought the quote was reasonable and let them set the start date. The workers came out and quickly tore down the existing fence and began to install the new one. The workers scrimped a little on the quality and we let it pass-but now regret it. After the fence was up, they were supposed to bring the driveway gate, but didn't after two weeks. We go the run around for about a month before someone FINALLY came out to finish the project. I even had to visit their office in person to get them moving. They started out so professionally but were unable to sustain it. After a year, I don't feel like I got a good deal from this business at all.
Description of Work: Tear-down and install new wood 6 ft. privacy fence (150 ft.), including a metal-framed two-door gate.

+ -1 moreQuality Fence & Welding Company did a pretty good job. The fence is holding up well. It is still level and we're not experiencing any rotting. They used pretty good materials and finished the fence very quickly. I went half and half with my neighbor to pay for the fence. I can't remember what it cost us total.
Description of Work: They put up a part metal and part wood privacy fence for me.
